The owner is extremely rude and unhelpful. Then talks bad about you to customers and employees while you are standing there acting like you dont exist. Other employees arent helpful either but at least they arent rude like the owner.In reply to the owner. You only offered to help me after telling me I needed to do it myself and could see I was not happy with having to call Amazon. My original frustration was with Amazon. Then you proceeded to talk about me like I wasnt there. Yes I dropped the 2 large boxes of broken items that I have already had to deal with several times. You were not helpful until after I called you out for talking about me while I was in the store like I did not exist. You never once offered to help until after you talked about me and I said something to you. Maybe try being helpful first and not rude and condescending.

Friendly but far too expensive.$20 for and $55 to ship 3lb to Oregon.

I made an appointment to get something notarized on a Saturday. They told me they did not take appointments for notary services on weekends. They said they had no control over the online appointment website. I am very disappointed.

I went in there yesterday to mail a package and it was super busy but the girl, Vanny, did such a great job handling everything. She was back and forth between both computers to make sure she could help out everyone as efficiently as possible. I have been in before and she seems to consistently taking initiative, which as a customer is greatly appreciated!

1 sided a4 size printing just 1 copy is $2.20. Do you guys think people grow money on trees? Nearby Staples is doing like 10 cents a copy and uses email too?

Great customer service. Had to ship some parts out and Mike packed and shipped everything, made it quick and easy and I was happy with the price. Had to fax some papers, he took care of that too. Ill go back there again when I need help.

I brought in over a hundred packages to ship. Vanny and the rest of the UPS Store staff worked all day (even through lunch) to create shipping labels and get them ready for shipment by the end of the day. Vanny was kind and conversational through the whole process. Highly recommend this UPS Store for all your shipping.

Great service, they almost always have a notary on duty. Ive been going there for years and never got bad service. Great to use for packing and shipping and I find UPS to be much more reliable than the postal service for important documents and checks. Much faster service than either of the post offices in Merced. May cost a little more than USPS but if its important its worth it to not have to send something twice. They also do a good job copying keys which is hard to find around here.

I just went to ship a package at the UPS Store in Merced, CA and NONE of the UPS Store employees were wearing face coverings! This is irresponsible as we need to protect vulnerable people in our communities. While agree businesses should be allowed to open, personal protective gear still needs to be used. I reported this to the corporate office and posted a picture on Facebook. SHAME on you!

Nice experience, took things out of our boxes and repacked it into one of theirs and very professional. Efficient and great people. Make sure to keep your receipts for tracking number and future reference if need be! 🙂

Horrible service. They arent supposed to charge for tape and the lady wouldnt secure my package to ship unless I paid to tape it. Ive shipped for years and I mean years with ups and never had to pay to secure the package. She wouldnt let me ship in my box. Wanted me to pay to fill it or for a new box. Horrible service. Never have I ever had ups tell me I cant ship in the boxes I bring. All about money here. Greedy people. If I could put negative stars I would.

I miss the old crew. I never had to worry about my packages or mail. Now when I go in it is a new face every day and I am constantly seeing one decent employee having to ask for help while another chats away. Also, they seem like they have to find my packages every time. Twice now my mail was in the wrong box.

Everyone that works there is very nice. Used to live close by and used them more than once for different services. Never had and issue, the lady that does the notarization there noticed a mistake in my paperwork for a job application and saved the day.

Im usually too lazy to write reviews on here, but the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff here compelled me to do so. I dont think UPS has the best pricing, but the people here make up for it. 5 stars for customer service!

Wow. Nearly eight bucks for them to scan and email me 3 pages. Had I known what they charge for almost zero work, I wouldve just run to Staples and bought another printer/scanner.

Absolutely a 5 star customer experience. They were knowledgeable, helpful, and extremely efficient.

Had a bad experience the other day. Asked to print some solar plans in legal doc size and they printed in the wrong size and all in color. I only neede 3 pages in color and the rest in black and white. When I asked if they could print the right size seemed like it was an inconvenience to them. Long waiting for printing out some plans like over half hour. after a while I think one of the gals realized how moody they were and began being apologetic Lol! Problably wouldnt of been so bad if they smile a bit more.

After waiting 15 minutes for a girl to cut a box they charged me $5 for the box and didnt give me a quote that it would be exorbitant to my package. This were an isolated incident I would give it a different review but this is the norm for this store. Frustrating, slow, inefficient.
