Not a spam review or a rival, this business is very rude and unprofessional. They lost my business and anyone else who I come in contact with . I called about a simple question and got yelled at and was met with bad attitudes. Never again, horrible ! Avoid at all costs

Ignore the owner saying reviews are fake or spam they are not . They are real people, that’s just proof of their unprofessionalism and what a joke of a company they are. If you are smart stay away from them at all costs. They said I wasn’t a customer but I never became a customer because I could tell how horrible their attitudes are

Went here for my fingerprints and had no problems. It went through quickly. Many reviews say they dont do the paperwork and scam you out of your money.However, you need to take into consideration whether or not your records are going to be come back clear or not. Some backgrounds take longer to review than others.Mine took less than a week to process.And my aunt went through this company as well and hers took over a month due to past cases that they had to further research before they would submit them to the requesting firm.

My daughter had to go here to have her Live Scan done. Her fingerprinting. They were very courteous and professional. Got her in and out in a hurry.

Went to get a livescan. First when i called to make an appointment the person on the phone was very rude, but did inform me that there were no appointments. Yet online they show that if you do make an appointment it will lower the fee. The livescan was imputed incorrectly and wasted lots of time by having to be snail mailed to site requesting. Just have the live scan done at the sherrifs office it was completed and faxed same day. When i called to let them know that they should know this for future refrence the man just wanted to tell me he just imputs the number and he cant request how it is done. Deparment of justice says otherwise. Dont waste your money you will miss your deadlines if you go here.Revised: thank you to the manager for calling me and having a very nice conversation about the problems i was having. After the conversation i will gladly go back when i need another doj.

I found the workers to be very helpful and nice, the guy that helped me answered a few questions i had. I would hope my fingerprints get to where they are supposed to go, which in no doubt i believe they will.

This place is such a scam! They take your money and Never submits your live scan. Not did it happen once but twice to me! They did this to many others also.

Do not go here for ANY security services. They lie and cheat you out of your money! They pretend to tell you they will send your application to DOJ, but in reality they keep the money and keep you going on and on for weeks while your employer never received anything from them.
