I am grateful for this location. It is clean, nice and have very fair loan rates. I’m very happy with their services! I was helped by the lovely associate named Laura. Laura was kind, bubbly but professional. She clearly explained the process and was happy to answer any questions I had. It is rare to find efficient and kind associates such as her. I highly recommend this loan company over any other one in the area. I rate it five stars.

Sandra is literally the most phenomenal associate I’ve ever encountered at ace. I’ve been using this location for quite some time, in the beginning just cashing checks, but Sandra got me hooked up with my ace flare card ( save the children option) and I couldn’t be happier with the services it provides. Today I went in and she was able to help me with a money order that I really thought I was going to be out of pocket for ! Anyways I could really go on and on about all the ways she’s helped not only myself but my fiancé . If this company does any kind of employee of the month or rewards she should definitely be next on the list!!! The store manager, I believe and her trainee Laura were wonderful. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and helped me decide what was best for me without feeling pressured. The store was very neat and tidy. I will definitely use that store again for any of my needs.

I asked how much will the fees be to cash a check and she said that They “CANNOT” TELL US OVER THE PHONE! basically there having people come all the way to there store not knowing how much the fee Will be and having people waisting gas. The staff was above and beyond courteous. She was informed on who our company was, and was aware of our business owner hy name, and had frequent contact with him and all of our employees. She made us feel right at home. I wouldt think of allowing anyone else to handle our financial transactions.

The teller took her time to explain the different in deposits loans, and savings .Yes she explained everything that was to be explained very well, she also mentioned the fact my SSI would even be deposited two days earlier.,which for me that would be alright pay my bills earlier.Thank you.

These are some of the friendliest folks Ive ever met. Always have a smile on their faces and they have no problem having a conversation with a customer to make them welcome. They used to be in Save Mart on Olive Avenue, and now they moved to an even nicer space right next to GameStop and A T & T on Olive Avenue. Customer service is excellent, services are speedy and efficiently done by professionals. This is the only place in Merced that I go when I need to pay bills and get money orders. Plus, they close at 7pm, giving you some extra time to handle your business if you arent free until 5 pm or later. Keep up the good work!
