The best place in town to get yours car washed Ive tried others in town but this one beates them all

Very detailed place for the right price. My go to when I want my car cleaned and dryed properly.

Pro Shine is my go to car wash because of the quality work of the employees. From what Ive seen, they work in a careful, systematic action. I always buy the $15.00 premium service. Its a good price since you get 50% off the next wash if used within 7 days. As long as I continue to get good work I will keep using Pro Shine.

Best car wash in the Merced, Atwater area

Definitely do not support this car wash. My boyfriend came to wash his car and was drying his car in the parking lot. He was drying his car for about 10 min and his friend came over to park next to him to dry his car as well. A very rude employee came over to the friend saying that “the parking lot is closed”. The only people in the parking lot was my boyfriend and his friend. It was weird because why didn’t he just say that before my boyfriend was already drying his car?? Why all of a sudden? He started saying that he was going to call the police and then immediately pulls out his phone to record my boyfriend and his friends car when they didn’t even do anything. So we start to pull out and then the employee insults their cars and even challenges my boyfriend to “get out of the car” and started saying profanities. Here’s the worst part. I’m in the passenger and as we leave, I see him walking to the edge of the car wash, where you can see cars on G st going under the bridge. As we turn right onto g st, I see the employee holding a rock, as huge as a humans head, aiming it AT US. He goes to throw it but then let’s it fall against the dirt as we pass and we’re all angry. We’ve been coming to this place for awhile now, but won’t ever be supporting it ever again. One of the worst car washes in Merced. Worst customer service. Don’t spend your money there.

I go to this car wash all the time and today one of their staff named Joel was very very rude to me and my daughter. He sat on my car and took pictures of me. I spoke with Ruby the assistant manager who really did not care and said she watched him delete the pictures he took of me and my car. No one wore masks either! I signed up for monthly service and asked Ruby to cancel and she did nothing. I am very upset and am going to contact the manager who us not there until Thursday. From other reviews it seems he may not help either. If they do not refund my money I will ask my bank to block them. Very very unprofessional and rude. I did absolutely nothing and my daughter was with me. Terrible terrible service!!!!!

Decent carwash that does the job. Having the car scrubbed on the outside before going into the wash is helpful for small detailing, and the people who dry the cars at the end top everything off perfectly because the air-dry fan isnt that strong once you get out of the washing part. Also, the towels they give you to wipe the interior are kind of damp, and spread dirt rather than remove it.Every employee Ive interacted with has been very pleasant, other than the manager, who was very short with me, and Ive watched him ignore his employees multiple times, which I find unprofessional, but it explains why the establishment feels a little disorganized.Its an OK place to go if you need to get your car washed in the downtown area and want to spend a little extra to wash it without having to put in the effort yourself, but the manager(s) could definitely have some more training and how to lead their team.

Won’t be back, was washing both car 1-2X month. Went today attendees rushed, sprayed car, didn’t use brush on windows or doors or grill, poor job all around, and that was their platinum wash, disappointing to say the least!

The car wash was good for it being something quick, however I didn’t like that the lady taking the payment practically came into our car without a mask on. I thought that was very unprofessional.

Everything is awesome, But From the employees i have heard that the manager needs to step-down a big notch, disrespectful, ask all the employees for confirmation.

Rude customer service, even if the owners are from my hometown, Id rather go elsewhere than be treated poorly. Go to Rapid Xpress, their vacuums work better anyway.

Online said it open until 8pm. We get there and a very rude gentleman told us they were closed and mover the golf cart in side that is no customer service. If you CLOSED AT 7pm then change your time on the internet. It’s Not are fault you had a bad day. The company need to show you customer service.

Ive used this car wash before and its been okay, but the pet bath today was very disappointing. The sign said the pet bath would take dollars, quarters and tokens. I had some left over dollar tokens and tried using them. I put three in and found it wasnt working. I went to find an employee who told me tokens werent to be used. I used my debit card and was charged $10.00, on top of the $3.00 Id lost in tokens.The water from the nozzle was restricted, which made it very difficult to rinse my dog. The blow driver blew cold air, which didnt do a lot to dry her, but the worst part was, they expected me to disinfect the wash bay using my money. I take that to mean unless the person who used the pet wash before me had extra time on the meter, my dog went I to an unsanitary wash stall.Very disappointed, and will probably not use again.

Best wash in Merced. Hand scrub, then mechanical, blow dry plus hand dry. Really friendly employees.

Been there now for my 4th time and service is great as always, car comes out pretty clean and they hand dry your mirrors and windshield. They provide a towel to clean heavy dust in the car and complentary self-service vacuums to clean your interior when done. Will continue to come here with my familys vehicles.

I usually go to Prime Shine, but decided to try out Pro Shine. I am so glad I did! They really do a good job at scrubbing the front and back of my car. I also love how good the complimentary smell good things smell! Then, there was this employee in particular named Nick. he dried my car and was so pleasant! He has awesome customer service! I highly recommend this company!

This is a nice place to go for washing your car their prices are competitive The people theyre pretty friendly the machines are all fairly new everything works pretty good missing a couple of nozzles on some of the vacuum cleaners to get the crevice cleaned out good I mentioned to one of the workers there that they need a RV cleaning station installed so I can bring my RV down and wash it up he said that theyre probably fit underneath that one I dont know if they will or not I havent measured maybe next summer

Went by there by the first time today,first and foremost the customer service is amazing. My car was pretty dirt since I havent washed it in a few months and it came out spotless,no dirt under the rear wing as most places leave. Definitely the only car wash Ill be using from now on

This is the last time I come here. The Vacuums are free, but they dont work properly. The hand wash is $2.50 for 4 minutes, but the part that really pisses me off is that the soap sucks, the water pressure is too low, and the brushes are complete trash... I might as well have cleaned it with my house mop. And as the cherry on top, the card ready is so messed up it charged me $10 for 4 minutes of wash..... RIDICULOUS!!! Dont bother calling, they never answer!

You can choose different kinds of washes but my favorite is the $15.00 wash. They give you a airfreshener..they pre wash and hand scrub your car...you go through the car wash.. Then when you come out they hand dry your car and shine your wheels! You can Vacuum your car free Im the spots provided. They give you a microfiber cloth for your cleaning. There is glass cleaner provided and garbage cans and a clip for your car mats. In a section before you wash your car Theres a spot you can wash your carpets..it does take Quarters so be prepared. Theres also a spot where you can wash youre car yourself or clean youre pets!! Theres a office of you have inquiries or puchases to make.

Employees are quick and friendly. I like the fact that they hand-dry, clean tires and rims AFTER you finish the wash.

They do a great job of prewashing your car and then dry it completely at the end! Unlike the other car washes in town.Its also locally owned. As a business owner in town, its always nice to do business with other locals, to keep Merced Green.

You cant beat this place. Do it yourself or go through the washing machine type and they dry. And the best part is the free vacuums.

Apparently the owner of this business is not from the valley!! You should have done your research before opening a business were the average summer temperature is 100 degrees!! NO SHADE WHAT SO EVER!! what were u thinking??? I see you dont care about your customers or your employees!! U must also be unaware of the Heat Law in California?? You have to provide shade and water for your employees and it has to be 5ft from were they are working so if they feel sick do to the Heat they can get to the shade and water quickly!! Dont be surprised if you get turned in for not providing those kids shade and water. As for me I will never do business here again. Who wants to stand out in the sun and heat to vaccume out their car??!!! NO ONE!! Poor planning and business on your part. NO WONDER EVERYONE GOES TO RAPID WASH THEY HAVE SHADE!!!! Brought my car here to be washed after what felt like a flock of birds decided to play target practice last night. The staff did a good job in getting my car cleaned up.

Truck was still dirty had to take 30 minutes to myself to dry wheels and all the soap in door jams payed for the 15 dollar wash expecting a full hand dry and tire shine bugs still stuck to truck. Will not be going back again

Horrible service. Kids at the counter acted as if they were being bothered to do a wash. Said I need to clean some leaves out of the bed of the truck first. Have a fleet of trucks that will not be using this wash. No wonder it was empty.
