Danny from Merced City Tow went above and beyond today!! He towed me all the way out of Yosemite to Merced and was so professional and so kind. He offered to stop at the first gas station we saw in case I needed anything, parked my car neatly at the repair shop for me upon arrival, and even drove me to the front of my hotel and asked me if I needed help with my bags. Cautious driving, fun conversation, and so professional. Thank you for rescuing me!!!!

Went through AAA for a tow for my lowered car, Chano the driver was great helped me out as much as he could by putting wood blocks down to prevent scraping. Would highly recommend.

I was told twice it was a 45 min wait and then called the company direct and they said 10 more mins and here we are almost 2 1/2 hours in and still no tow truck, it was dispatched by my insurance co but looks like I’ll have to call someone else myself. I would give them a ZERO!

I would give less stars if i could. A driver from this company dropped off my neighbors car last night. In the process, he got the fluids from my neighbors crashed car all over the right side of MY car that was sitting in the street. He didnt even bother to knock on my door to let me know, i noticed on my own today. Luckily i seen what company he was with because after he dropped the car at around 8:00pm, he sat across the street in his truck for about 2 and a half hours which sparked my suspicion. Now that ive seen the kind of drivers this company keeps on payroll, i would NEVER use them for anything...

Good Customer Service

Just plain rude. We got locked out of our truck. First the rep tells me its $100 an hour and the hour starts when they leave and doesnt end til the driver returns. Im like umm ok whatever, that doesnt make sense but its an emergency. Then the rep put me on hold for 10-15 minutes, only to tell me that they didnt have any trucks available. I couldnt believe how rude she was. Will NEVER call these people again.

I wait for the ride near two hours. I was just two miles away from their address.

Picked up my other car parked in hiding (thought it was off road but apparently not) on a Friday to hold it over the weekend, i had no idea my car was gone til I found out for myself on Sunday. went to police Monday but was closed at 4, went tuesday but instead they directed me to dmv first to get moving permit (which my tags were expired but i already paid dmv for the year) price went up 55$ a day and they never contacted me about my car. they seemed very unmotivated to get my car and made me late to work (in which it took 30 mins to get it standing outside in the hot sun). they could run my plates to find my phone number but that would be too much effort. they did a great job taking my car and not telling police to contact me too. im already mad at police for not doing so. horrible experience
