Aire Serv was fast, professional and caring when I really needed somebody to help cool our house when my elderly mother was home on hospice. Im very impressed with this company.

Someone from Blaines Aire Serv - usually Travis - comes twice a year for HVAC maintenance and cleaning as needed: in the fall for the heating unit and in the spring for the AC unit. I have a dual thermostat system for this two-story house, and a just-barely-large-enough AC that they have kept running like a champ. Whoever comes is always prompt, professional, and genuinely nice. The cost is reasonable, and they do not try to sell me services or equipment I do not need (yet?). I couldnt be happier. Five stars.

This company was the only one available when my A/C compressor when out a couple of years ago during a massive heat wave. Elias showed up at 1130 on a Friday night. I was totally stunned with their service. They come and do a check-up every 6 months. They are the best.

Hello My name is Cruz, I normally dont take the time to post a review but I feel this company has gone above and beyond for me. I recently purchased a new complete A/C and Furnace system from Air Serv.Due to certain circumstance I really needed this to be installed really soon. Not only did they make it happen but Alias and his crew were on time and did exactly what they promised they would do. They were very professional and happy to answer any of my questions and concerns. Very happy with the installation and my new A/C system.I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good local Central Heat and Air company. By the way they been taking care of my old system for a few years and have done a great job and are very reasonable too.

The on call person Elias was rude! We called for emergency service due to a leaky ac unit in our attic leaking out of the ceiling. AHS had authorized me to call my own contractor and submit my receipt for reimbursement. When he called he immediately told my husband he didnt do work for AHS and would only do the work if we paid and got reimbursed later. He wouldnt let my disabled husband even tell him that was exactly our intention before he interrupted my husband yelling at him that he doesnt work with rude customers and to call someone else and hung up. If this is how they speak to their customers, I wouldnt trust them to do any work in my home.

Elias with Aierserv was able to respond to my call out the same day. He was very communicative and knowledgeable. Keep up the good work!Issue:Saturday, the ac condenser outside is making periodic screeching noise. No loose screws and it appears to be coming from the motor. Cold air still coming out and so I made a mental note to reach out for a repair next weekday.Sunday early AM around 4, the cold air stopped. In my attempt to bandage it through the weekend, I read up on the manual and watched dozens of how-to videos. I cleaned the unit with the garden hose. Took the motor out, and cleared the dirt and rust buildup on the shaft, and in the motor bearing area. Added lubrication and re-assembled everything together. I had high hopes by this point. Sadly the unit simply buzzed - and I suspected that the capacitor might be faulty, which led me to search around the area for a store with some in-stock. No luck. Its just past high-noon. Im melting.In an attempt to be supporting local business and being loyal, I spent many attempts to reach out to the previous HVAC company I used went unanswered. I gave up and decided to give AireServ a call. The dispatcher informed me that the technician will be calling me within 30 mins. Elias called me and informed me that Im patient #5. Thankfully he was pretty speedy and before long, I got the call saying hes on the way.The entire time, Elias carried out his work with pride and still observed the covid precautions - much appreciated for wearing a mask in the 109F weather. He paid attention to the cleanliness of the area and does thing the proper way. Elias listened to my explanation of the symptoms and what I attempted without making me feel silly and quickly checked a few things to reach his own summary. In the end, we needed a motor replacement as the old one gave out.All in all, Im a happy customer and will recommend Aire Serv and Elias to anyone asking. Though if I may add, I helped by cleaning and loosening up the fan blade from the shaft!

Travis came out and fixed a capacitor problem in my A/C unit. He was professional and very thorough, making sure the whole system was running well. He even made recommendations to ensure my A/C will continue to run well, as well as making recommendations for things that could be done to improve energy efficiency. Aire Serv originally installed my A/C unit and they have fixed minor problems with the unit twice under warranty. Overall I have been very pleased with Aire Serv and the quality of their work.

I have had Elias Madrigal come to my house for several years in a row now for twice a year maintenance on my unit. I have started to request him for my service because he is reliable, honest, professional, and very pleasant. A few years ago, another technician came out and I was surprised when he told me my unit was old and needed replacing soon. On a subsequent visit by Elias, I told him what this other guy said and he let me know the other person had been fired, and that my unit was just fine. It’s good to know the company gets rid of dishonest employees and keeps the good ones!

Weve had this company come to our house twice now to fix our old A/C, most recently Elias came by and his service was above and beyond what we expected. But both times we received fantastic service. The employees are friendly, quick, and get the job done. Honestly, its been life saving.

I just recently hired Aire Serv of Greater Merced to replace my entire HVAC system which was approximately 20 years old. The A/C went out completely. They provided several options to repair or replace the system. Elias Madrigal explained each option in detail and was very patient with all my questions. I elected to replace it completely with a new and more efficient system. It was the hottest part of summer and they hooked us up right away with a temporary A/C while they immediately got the process under way. Each person I have dealt with at Aire Serv, from each of the technicians, to the people in the office were extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service. Even when I called after hours, I was able to speak to a live person and not a recording. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone wanting either routine maintenance or for an emergency situation. The service was outstanding!!

I received a call before they arrived, and they were able to complete the work in less than 2 hours for a good price. I can’t thank them enough for their services! Blaines Aire Serv of Merced is an incredible company! From the people that answer the phone, to the service men that come out, they are so polite and personable. The service men we have had out, Travis and Fermin, are top notch. They fix the problem and take the time to explain what they fixed. They offer service agreements and come out twice a year to service the unit and make sure everything is working well before the hot/ cold season hits. They are available when you need them. They really care about customer service. Over the years we have dealt with many different heat/air conditioning companies in Merced for our home and our rental. There is no comparison!
