Like clockwork, he called me every Friday to discuss the past weeks activity, even if there wasnt any. Would not recommend. Once our house listed, Eric was a ghost. This was our first time selling a house and we really needed some direction. Most calls were not answered and we were left to figure out what to do on our own through most of the process. We felt like we were not important at all. The buyers agents from Howard Hanna were more helpful to us than our own selling agent. Our house brochures had the wrong address on them. This was a very unpleasant experience and we would not recommend for anyone.

Horrible experience. Go elsewhere. Very unprofessional. James Crosby listed a house for sale that was in probate court and failed to tell us. This prolonged the whole process. We didn’t find out until one week before closing. I had to purchase a storage unit because we didn’t get to move in on the agreed closing date. He listed his personal home which is the one I am referring to as “complete with riding lawn mower and snowblower” this was a lie. He did not communicate to me or my realtor that he would be taking these items with him. He used these as a selling point in the listing. I am appalled by the overall lack of professionalism and the lies this guy tells. When our realtor confronted James about the stolen lawn care items he said “it wasn’t in the contract” we trusted James to be a man of his word. BIG MISTAKE. It seems as if James will put anything on a listing to get it sold. He is a crook. He is a cheat and if I could give zero stars I would. Save yourself and do not use this guy as your realtor. Berkshire Hathaway should really consider who they hire.

Also the same buyers realtor has called 3 times in the past 3 weeks for showings and cancelled out not even an hour before that. Need to advertise folks. You guys have the education in this industry, people trust you that you will sell their home. It wa recommended to get s realtor open house, broker. Since I am in Brooklyn Ohio, contact g brokers and realtor in my 5 to 10 mile vicinity??? Maybe I should be a realtor.
