The owner and instructors teach with professionalism, knowledge and respect. This is a facility where you can grow, learn and challenge yourself. Whether you are a fighter, looking for self-defense or fitness, this is the gym for you. They have childrens classes as well as adult training throughout the week.

I am actually quite disappointed in this place before even looking at it. Ive left messages and they have not returned any of my phone calls. I even drove to the place and nothing. Ive been wanting to box somewhere nice and was recommended this place based on reviews; well Im not convinced anymore. That is a lack of professionalism. Hopefully someone contacts me back and my interpretation will change.

Fell in love with this gym. All three of my kids attend the Jr Mma program. Instructors are awesome. They have a program for whatever your goals may be.

Great place started went for a couple months when I first started fighting but I blew my neck out good staff good owner great fighters to train with. There is a inner circle there you can tell rite away buy Im sure there places are earned

This place should have 5 stars across the board! This is an amazing place to train in muay thai, boxing, bjj, and mma along with a spectacular conditioning class that will push th as far as you wanna go. Great instruction from very experienced knowledgeable trainers! I love this place! Well worth the drive from anywhere!

Visiting from out of town. I travel all over and visit a lot of Muay Thai schools and you will not regret dropping by for their Muay Thai class. Great workout, great instructors, respectful students.
