I have used Kelley Cleaning for 5 years to clean my office building. His staff is very detail oriented, friendly, and hard working. They always make sure to get everything clean. I spoke with the owner numerous times and he has always been real polite and easy to get a hold of. Fantastic prices and amazing cleaning! I will NEVER go to another cleaning company!

Terrible Service. NEVER use them!!! Used them for years to clean a business. Told them we would no longer need their service because we were moving. Gave them a 30 day notice. They just never showed up again. Called and left a message they never called back. When I called from another phone number the Owner answered and said You dont need us we dont need you and hung up on me. What a terrible way to run a business. I would NEVER recommend them!!!!!

Would give ZERO stars if i could. Talked to the owner..after trying to schedule an estimate leaving many unanswered Voice and emails. Very unprofessional...must be short staffed-no secretary...and probably cuts corners, unreliable etc etc. STAY AWAY..I am.

The owner Bob, super rude! I walked in and before I could say a word he was not interested. Great customer service clowns. I wouldn’t recommend such closed minded business practices to anyone. Stay away

Ive worked for Bob for 7 years. All 3 of my children have worked for him also. He is always there for his employees when they need him.

Owner was beyond rude on the phone didn’t have someone else come out to re-clean what wasn’t done. He just said ok I’ll give your money back and hung up. I even was asking if I could just have different people come clean and send him pictures showing what wasn’t done appropriately and he wasn’t even willing to except the pictures and when I mentioned having a different crew he said yeah I’ll have to look at my schedule. He straight up Doesn’t care.

Kelley cleaning came out and did construction cleaning at my house. They did my windows, wall washing and carpet cleaning and I was really impressed!
