My phone camera was having issues with focusing. My profession requires high quality photos for advertising so it needed fixed ASAP. The first camera swap had the same issue so we tried swapping the lens protector, no luck. Matt was so professional and understanding to my needs. He ordered new cameras and called me when they came in and it worked! I went there 4 times in 4 days and Matt met me each time with patience and kindness. He really cares and won’t give up until it is fixed perfectly. I will never go anywhere else and 11/10 recommend everyone to go here!

Not happy at all with this place. I had my screen repaired and not even a day later my battery was bad, coincidence??? Go figure. Exactly 1 week later I was sitting down and had my phone beside me. When I got up I accidentally placed my hand on my phone and I felt the screen break. This place does not use quality screens and they do NOT tell you that the screen isn’t as strong as a original iPhone screen. Had I known, I would have found another repair place. I called to report the incident but no one has called me back. Maybe the BBB will listen… with tough times and the way money is nowadays I can not afford to throw away my hard earned money on a second rate business

This is my second time stopping in and they were able to fix my iPhone with minor water damage in under a day for a super affordable price!Everyone is always kind and knowledgeable and the service is always fast.They also have great prices on refurbished phones, so if you need a new phone check them out. My boyfriend got an iPhone xr from them and its worked wonderfully and was affordable! They also have a lot of accessories to choose from which is a nice bonus.Honestly, before you go and spend a ton of money on a new phone if something happens to yours, definitely take it here and see what they can do. I had a cracked iPhone screen and the guy at Verizon told me it’s not fixable and that it would cost me $1100 to get a new one or have one shipped over night. I went over to mentor iPhone repair and they said it was absolutely fixable. Had it done in less than 20 minutes at a great price. I even left with a nice accessory . I went there the other day to get my charging port replaced and they worked really hard to fix it fast, as they were about to close. Very nice people!!! But earlier this year I got my screen replaced and something went wrong, because ever since then my screen has been acting up and it’s pretty often that I can even barely type with the keyboard...couldn’t do anything about it though because I had no transportation at the time to go there again.

Spent $220 to get my phone fixed. They did it in great time (took about 30 min) and the phone was great for about 3 days. Now 2 and a half weeks after getting it fixed it’s essentially back to where it was as if it was never fixed. Thanks guys. Now I get to spend a couple hundred more dollars tomorrow on a new phone. DO NOT go here unless you want a 1 week fix.

Called them for a battery gave them model # ect. They said yes we have one took the phone there they took it apart and said we dont have a battery well have to order one and wanted to keep the phone until it was fixed they will tell you anything to get in there all so they have a piss poor attitude went a half mile west got an OEM battery put in within 10 minutes

Took an inadvertent bath in the river with my iPhone XR on the Friday before Labor Day, and oddly enough my iPhone didnt respond very well to the full immersion in dirty river water. Local place that I called was not open, but I needed to get this fixed quickly.Called up Mentor iPhone repair, got there an hour before closing, and even though they were absolutely swamped and one guy in the shop, they were extremely courteous and prompt with the service.Unfortunately, after the repair the phone was giving me issues with the screen- turns out, the part itself was defective. No problem, took it back in and once again received the same prompt and courteous service as before, and was not charged a dime more.I had gotten the screen repaired by another shop a couple of months before this (evidently, my phone and I are going through a bit of a rough patch), and the price was quite a bit higher than Mentor iPhone Repair.Their prices and service are, quite simply, what every business in the service industry should strive to model. I was very pleased with the service at this store. Both times I visited, I was taken care of as quickly as possible with other customers ahead of me. Though my iPhone was not repairable, they were very good about explaining what they did to troubleshoot the issue.I also found their selection of cases and accessories to be very good with prices very competitive compared to online stores.

I took my husband’s iPhone SE in to get a new battery. The screen was coming off because the battery had swollen. I waited and watched while the battery was changed. It was fascinating how tiny the screws and parts were and how quickly it was replaced and put back together! The prices are good and very reasonable. I called around. Everybody asking the same price $89 for screen replacement except Apple. Starting at $149 unless they think something else is wrong. 1 hour wait time and make a apt. I chose this place as it was closest to my home. Walked in. Walked out in 20 minutes. They had clearance “bowls” - I found a tempered glass screen protector that “snaps” over the front of my i7 for $1.00 & they put it on for me. Very good value & no hassle. I’d go there again & will recommend it my friends.

Mathew left a screw near the home button unscrewed. This caused a pressure point which caused my phone to crack again the very first time I dropped it 3ft onto my couch after getting it fixed. I was just informed by a different repair person of this development. I want to give Matthew the benefit of the doubt but this guy clearly knew what he was doing leaving a screw unscrewed. I’m disappointed that such a reputable business has to resort to drumming up business by inadequately “fixing” or altogether deliberately causing phone screens to break. I’m very glad I went elsewhere for my repair. It would’ve been another $110 wasted.

Took way longer than suggested repair time which is ok for quality work but I did not receive either. My phone got repaired 3 hours after scheduled time to say hey your phone is fixed but we couldn’t warranty it due to the fact of water damage indicated by the red on the stickers which I totally understand but they did not let me see the water damaged stickers all and all ok service for high prices

Took my phone to Apple store because it wouldn’t charge. Told them I would get a new phone if necessary but really needed to get the info off the broken phone. They said it couldn’t be repaired because the charging port was part of the phone and the info would be lost because there was no way to power it up. Called Mentor iPhone Repair the next day and matt said to bring it in. Within minutes he powered it up with a new battery allowing me to recover the info I needed and quoted me a very reasonable price to repair what Apple told me was not repairable. Highly recommend this store!!!

Although they were not able to fix my phone due to it being something inside with one of the memory boards, the staff was so helpful and nice and truly gave me the best experience and has the cheapest prices I have been able to find in this area. They really know what theyre doing! If I ever need my screen or battery replaced, I will be back here in a heart beat!

Matt just repaired my iPhone 7 screen after I dropped it on a gravel driveway while on vacation... just took one little jagged stone to crack the screen, and it was in an Otterbox case that basically just protects the edges of the iPhone when dropped (which works most of the time).Had Matt add a tempered screen protector to help protect the screen better !Great and quick while-you-wait service !

It sounds like hes able to fix just about anything else as well. Faulty buttons, battery replacement, broken charging port, you name it. Although some of those services might take a little longer, bear in mind. 5 out of 5 - definitely recommend.

Wow. Terrific service and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed a broken charge port and when he had the phone open, and asked me if I had noticed battery levels fluctuating rapidly. My answer was in the affirmative. He said he could tell by looking at the slight swelling in the battery. He was right when I compared the new with the old. In my case, he repaired the phone right in front of me. All while communicating with customers via voice text, taking phone calls, and dealing with three walk-ins. He did not drop a beat. I was about to buy a new phone when I decided to pursue the repair option. I am glad I did. I highly recommend this small business.
