Transparent, thorough and knowledgeable

Have never had any problems with the alarm system itself. Have had fast responses when the alarm has been tripped. When a phone line problem required me to reset my system, I was quickly serviced by a nice guy who shared a last name with the company, and gave good instructions. I would get a home alarm installation from them again.
