The repairs were done correctly, and appear to be very well done. The vehicle was returned clean. The only issue I have with this company was with communication. It took several attempts each time I asked a question to get a response. When one is in the service business, prompt responses are most important. This business does not do this well. For that reason, I could not recommend them, nor would I return as a repeat customer.

Got a trailer hitch installed. They were fine using my parts and just charging labor. Great communication, smooth transaction

D&S was referred to me by my mechanic. Unfortunately both my kids cars were involved in accidents in a matter of 2 months. D&S fixed both cars to perfection. My car was involved in an accident Easter weekend. I was not in car. I was recommended to d and s auto by some family members who have been there a few times. They did a quote for me and once the insurance company gave me the ok to set a date up I brought it in to them. It took longer than expected to get it done because the insurance company never sent the money. They were able to complete it in 3 days and it looks like it did before it happened. Great job to all of the employees who were involved. I would recommend them to others!

I went to D&S Automotive to get a remote start installed on my car. As I was leaving I realized that my washer fluid wasnt coming out, so I called back to see if they did anything wrong, and the service guy said they went no where near it. I took it to Toyota Motorcars and they told me that the person who installed my starter plugged in the wrong wires. I spent so much money trying to fix it. Unbelievable.

Excellent service! They walked me through the process of repairs with billing through the other insured party, and it was seamless. Communication was great with multiple updates regarding the status of my repair, and when it was done, the entire pick up process took 5 mins. And best of all, my car looks like new! 10/10 would recommend!

Took in my 2018 Dodge Charger to have the windows tinted. Worked with Bryan and was very helpful through every step of the way. Dropped off my car at 4:00pm and picked it up the next morning at 8:00am. They even washed the car. Installation was very professional and better than other places that does window tint. Few small little bubbles that were gone in 2 days, now it near perfect. I would reccomend them for tinting any car.

Although my vehicle was in the shop longer than the initial estimated time, they were thorough in their updates about what was happening and the paint match came out near perfect. They were also quick to get my car back in the shop for minor corrections. Overall good customer service and quality work

Repaired my collision damage in a very timely fashion and took care of all the annoying stuff like rental arrangements and dealing with the insurance company. Has a minor issue with the quarter panel being shaped a little incorrectly, but from the damage that was done to it Im surprised they got it looking as good as they did without replacing it.

My daughters car had been hit in a parking lot which pretty much crushed the trunk lid and the rear clip. I contacted my insurance company and we took it to D&S collision.They were able to get my daughters car into the shop two days after I had called. They painstakingly took photos took information, and made sure that they could repair the car back to the way it was.They have a wonderful system of updating you on the progress that is being made on the vehicle so we understood exactly what day the car would be completed.The car was actually completed two days early and it was notified appropriately when we picked up the car.We looked at the car before we picked it up, the body worked and the paint and all body parts that were replaced are in pristine form.I cannot thank them enough for doing such a wonderful job on my daughters car. They are friendly they are organized and they get the job done..

I was told by my Insurance co, to take my car to D&S. The work they did was satisfactory. However, there was an Item on the bill that was OBVIOUSLY not done. When confronted, they did take it of the bill. When I told them that the car did not look right, and that the under front bumper was not what was there before, I was told No, thats the right part for your car, I told them thats not how the car has looked for the last 11 years. I was told Thats the right part! When pressed, the guy went inside and called the dealer. The dealer said there was another front part, but it wasnt for this model, I drove the car for 11 years. I know how it looked.This is not how you win return business.

I sought the expertise of D&S to install a hitch and bike rack on my SUV. Going in I knew I wanted a rack that was easy to use/remove and sturdy enough to transport 5 bikes. D&S listened to what I was looking for and recommended a Stealth Hitch (which remains concealed when not in use) and installed a Yakima Full Tilt Rack. Im thrilled with the ease of loading the bikes and the ability to access my trunk without having to entirely remove the rack. The representative I worked with was very professional and communicated the timeline of installation. He was patient and demonstrated fully how to use the rack and how to remove the hitch. Great job D&S!

Fantastic job repairing my Chevy Suburban after I hit a fallen tree in the rain and dark. Looks like new again! Cleaned up the inside when done as well so that it was spic and span inside and out.Kept me informed and updated throughout the process so I didn’t need to call and check on the repair. Just needed a car hood ordered and painted. Originally they wanted to blend it with all the connecting panels (industry standard) but with money a bit tight I asked them to just paint the hood and install it. It looks great and to the naked eye, you cant tell it wasnt blended. Great work.

I came back from a trip and someone had done a lot of damage to my car in the airport garage. I filed a claim and got to pick where I took it to get fixed and since Ive heard so many good things about D&S I chose them. The work they did was amazing and Im glad to have my car back to looking good. I actually had an appointment to get it detailed the day after I got home from my trip but had to cancel it. The inside of my car was horrible, the worst it has ever been and I was embarrassed to let anyone see it. When I picked it up from D&S I got into a clean car! They actually cleaned the inside of my car, I couldnt believe it. Such a great place!

If ordering anything for a Jeep this is the place to go and have it done. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to helping me pick out new wheels and tires to fit on my vehicle. They were very quick and efficient with them being mounted and balanced and then putting them on the vehicle and was in and out within 30 mins. I highly recommend them if you are having any work done for a Jeep or any vehicle!

The team at the mentor Ohio location is world class. These situations can be stressful and they make it not so. After my car was rear ended at an intersection, I took it to D&S for the repairs to the passenger rear quarter panel. The repairs were minor, but I it wasn’t completed for 4 days. When I called on Day 3, I was told that they were ”cleaning it up” and I’d get it back soon.24 hours later, I was told the same thing, but actually got my car back.While the duration was inconvenient, because I hadn’t bothered with a rental, the car does look like new inside and out. Really, the detailing made my very well maintained vehicle look like it had just come off the lot, which made me think a tiny bit more kindly about the careless 17-year-old that hit my stopped car. 😏
