The whole staff there is wonderful. They reached out to me. They gave me verbal quotes over the phone, but then gave me detailed presentations in their office of the product they were offering. They have followed up with me by email every step of the way. Also the head of the staff, Matt Mormile, is a licensed broker and a financial planner/advisor. He can help me with other areas of my financial life besides home and auto. It feels like a family in the office.

We needed our windshield replaced. They were able to get SafeLite to our house within 24 hours of our phone call. The girls in the office have excellent customer service skills and are very professional and helpful. Mr. Mormile saved us a lot on our insurance. I wouldnt use anyone else.

Ive had the worst time cancelling a policy with this agency. I canceled the policy for November after saving $20/month with another insurance provider. They still withdrew money from my account for December and have been hassling me for all of the information, including declarations pages, about my new policy despite being via clear via email about not wanting to renew and providing proof of insurance of my new policy. I was told over the phone that its too bad cause I worked so hard on this policy for you as if they were annoyed with me for switching. While with this agency, I repeatedly got calls trying to upselling me on other products despite telling them no numerous times.

The poor review by Guy Savelli is a prank. My father and I are the only Guy Savellis in the area. Matt Mormile and his team are great and provide excellent customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone.
