Dave came out on time and was very thorough in his chimney inspection. He pointed out any issues I had, was not pushy in having him fix it and also told me what to buy if we were going to fix it ourselves. We will be using him again for our annual chimney sweep.

Scheduled me for next week but said they’d call if something sooner opened up. I didn’t think it would actually happen (does it ever!?!) but it did and they ended up coming out the next day! He was quick and efficient, so quick I worried that he didn’t actually clean anything but I was wrong. This guy kept my doors open while working on chimneys and never closed them when he left. He talked a lot but was not a good communicator in our opinion. He took other calls while talking with me and was really anxious. Not professional in my book.

We are very dissatisfied with the service we received for dryer duct cleaning. After they left, we kept having trouble with dryer showing 70 to 80 percent blockage. My husband had to keep climbing up and down a ladder to check the outside vent and take the vent off the back of the dryer in a very cramped space to check the tubing. Each time he checked there was a blockage of loose lint. Then he went up into the attic and found that the tubing up there was disconnected. When he called to let them know, they argued with him, but said they would come out to fix it. When they came out today, they cracked the ceiling drywall by kneeling on it!! The vent is fixed, but now we have a cracked garage ceiling. Sorry, but we will never use them again and will never refer them to anyone either!!
