Cold, uncaring case workers. 100% dedicated to punishing you for having a child. They will push a renewal to the support decree for as little as $1 more an hour. They couldnt care less about anything happening with the man, while listing vague reasons for taking more hard earned money such as womans living expenses. I was told be Amanda Leach that $3/hr more is a substantial change in finance, but $30,000 less a year for me isnt, my support actually raised. Apparently a new child isnt a drastic change in finances either. Horrible place

I was not aware that my child support case was cancelled. They didnt send me any information about them now being over my case and contact them for any info. They also waited 6 months before switching over to them. Had to call around to figure out where my funds were.
