I got a new phone with Alexis a few weeks ago and let me tell you it was the best experience I’ve had with ANYONE at a Verizon store. She is patient, calm under pressure, and always thinking of others. I know I can count on her for any cellular questions I may have. She is the only reason I still come to this store.
