My step dad says that it is really expansive and we had to wait a long time bc there was nobody in the place for him to pay the fee😶

I spent the better part of a half an hour (3 attempts) calling this location to just ask a question. Just kept getting put on hold by the woman.

Truck rental went very smoothly. Misty the general manager completed the reservation and got me on the road quickly. Truck was clean and seemed well maintained. No issues. Dropoff was smooth via their after hours process using your cell phone and taking pictures. Thanks for helping make a good moving day.

I rented a U-Haul storage unit from this place. The first month was free except for the lock and the insurance. The manager was super friendly and went over my contract in detail and was able to answer all questions that I had. I will definitely rent from them again in the future .

When we purchased two storage units a year and a half ago the facility was Vault and had absolutely fantastic customer service and super friendly. Unfortunately about a month later they were bought out by Uhaul. Ever since, I have been extremely disappointed with customer service, lack of assistance and the appearance of the facility. We will not be renting here again.

Nice new facility

Have a storage unit there. First month was free except for insurance and lock purchase. Staff was wonderful and showed me how to use the lock.

Uninviting and poor customer service over the phone. I would gladly pay more for storage and truck rental to have a friendly voice answer.

Typically good, but was disappointed that they wouldnt let me change from a 5 footer to a ten footer and let me use the money that I had already deposited on the 5 footer.
