We have been a loyal customer of Midwest Pest Mgmt for years and I cannot speak highly enough of the professionalism and customer service their technicians provide each time. We have had Dewayne on several occasions and like today, it was no different. . . He always takes the time to tell me what services he will be providing, but is always very appreciative of us being a customer and of course, he never goes without asking how me and my family are doing each time. He is a blessing and we are grateful for his dedication and great customer service.

Very good experience with this company..They were very professional and arrived rite on time..I had them treat for bed bugs and never saw them again. I have since hired them to do preventative treatments for other bugs every 3 months. I have not seen 1 bug in over a year! Their price is reasonable and they really know their trade. I would recommend Midwest Pest Control to anyone.

I had ants all over my house and when I called around this company had the best price wih a warranty so I gave them a shot. I found them to be wonderful from the phone call through the treatment. They are very nice.

Total scam job by their tech, Ron. Our office was open, door was unlocked. Put a bill in the door for a quarterly visit for $156.60 but never walked in. Put ZERO bait in the 4 traps per his bill, and only sprayed outside. Agreement was inside/outside treatments and failed to perform. Owner called me back and did not offer to treat properly just said he would come get the rodent bait stations and cancel the contract. Poor service, bad customer support.
