I wish I could give 0. The worker there named Brian is extremely rude. I went to ship a smaller bubble rapped package first class, meaning I needed tracking. He refused to ship it and he refused to give me tracking. He states it can not be shipped as a package. I have a small business and the products are smaller so I use the appropriate mailing size. I have never had a problem shipping this size package at any USPS location. I have used this package over 20 times and Brian was the only one to refuse and then not even explain the logic behind it. I will not be going back and I wish I could take back the times I have spent so much money there. There is no reason I had to drive to another location it get the package shipped.

Yay, they have a self-service machine! And a big visible sign so you dont drive past it the first time. Theres also ample parking.

The female manager appears to have a problems with minorities. I asked her a simple question and her response was very condescending. She spoke to me with an attitude. The employees in the front are good but the female manager is awful.

Was currently having a problem with a carrier not leaving mail, calling the post office to resolve it only made things worse. I did start receiving mail only it was bent in half and my mailbox was left wide open. Obviously in retaliation to calling in the first place. I have never had trouble with any local post carriers or post offices in the past. This is just unduitiful and a disrespectful. The thing that disturbs me the most was calling to resolve the issue only made things worse. It sets a precedence that you have to put up with subpar service, and if you complain about it itll only make the service worse.

By far the BEST and FRIENDLIEST post office Ive ever encountered! LOVE coming here and am always humbled by the reminder of how genuinely nice everyone is at MF anytime I have to stop at another location. All postal workers put in EXHAUSTING and long days for us all, so I get why they might be burned out by the time the rest of us are starting our days... but everyone at the Menomonee Falls branch is amazing at greeting you with a smile and cheerily assisting you. So nice to see others so consistently choose joy and be the good. THANK YOU!

I called for assistance, the lady on phone was nice at first, but she got so impatient after me asking some additional questions. Come on, who doesnt get frustrated when their package gets sorted to Post Office in a DIFFERENT CITY?Maybe it was my fault having high expectation on USPS..?

Very rude, creating unnecessarily issues with a type of package Ive sent out hundreds of times at better post offices. If you can avoid going here I would recommend it.

Awesome post office. Sure, you might occasionally have to wait in line, but the staff is patient, kind, friendly and helpful every single time.

This post office and its carriers are garbage. Multiple times I have had made attempt notes put on my door while home and no knock. Also just recently received photos in the mail in an envelope CLEARLY marked DO NOT BEND PHOTOS on BOTH sides and it was bent in half and crammed into my apartment mailbox. I caught up with the mail lady and she blatantly lied and said Was that from yesterday? Who are you? I didnt deliver that!I literally caught her at the neighboring house 2 minutes after it happened. USPS needs to be disbanded, its useless.

This one is great USPS location, I had to send package to Canada went to brown deer location where they told me that they dont deliver to Canada, then I visited Menomonee falls location front desk person was extremely helpful were simply too awesome, he not only told me how to send package, he put nice label for my reference number and highlighted number.

This post office consistently misdelivers mail, and not just junk mail. Debit cards, credit cards, bank statements, bills - more often than not, they end up getting delivered to a neighbor, and some neighbors are moral and get them to you, but many are not and do God knows what with the stuff. I have had so many bills and statements and debit cards just never come, its ridiculous. What if Im getting something really important, like a jury summons? If you cant count on paid postal workers to do their jobs and put the envelopes in the right boxes, how can you count on your neighbors to do right and redeliver your bills and financial mail?

Rude employees! Every time I have to deal with this post office I cringe and end up getting extremely frustrated. I recently called to see if someone could tell me whether or not an international package had been delivered to their facility as the tracking information I had been given stated it had been. When I attempted to explain that the package had not originally been sent with the postal service, I was cut off with a curt, Well, why are you calling me, then? I explained that this was an international relay service that uses a 3rd party courier to deliver to the post office (who then delivers the package to the final destination). After I re-explained the entire situation to not one, but two different employees they still could not help me. If you can help going to another post office, do so. These individuals clearly dont want your business!

Disposed of my boyfriends Christmas gift since they were unable to forward it. Never received notice and was given incorrect information and was told that the item was forwarded. So thanks.

I liked this office and staff, everyone did super awesome job to find one of my missing mail. Even though there was mistake from sender not with USPS.

Easy to find. Large lot for parking. Drive thru mail boxes. Light and clean inside. Full service with passport service.

They dont actually deliver mail, just slips telling you that you werent home when they made no attempt to contact you. Absolute worst shipping company ever.

Ohhh the post office I once had an elderly lady back into my car here and people are always rushing around in and out of this parking lot watch it!

My priotity mail never comes on time, when Im tracking it. It always gets screwed up here in the Falls.
