Wow, not sure what her role is there, but she couldn’t have been more rude. Telling me that if the two boxes come apart, the product will arrive separate, basically saying it’s my fault. 2nd, returning an Amazon Purchase that indicates I don’t need to put the item back in the box. Then interrogates me as to what the box was. Geez, you need a lesson in customer service.

When you care about what you do it shows. I purchased a great picture from Cedarburgh Auctions as always you are concerned that you receive it the way you bought it going half way across the United states Today it arrived in excellent shape .. Thank you for your professionalism

Amazing experience every time I go here! The owner, Janet, is the kindest person I have ever met. She goes above and beyond for all of her customers! The store is clean and all the employees are extremely helpful and kind. I will go out of my way to go to this store just for the amazing customer service I receive. Thank you for being such a great business that can make something like shipping a package bring a smile to peoples faces.

There were 2 employees working today, a young man and an older woman. The young man was very nice, quick and professional. The older woman was rude, unhelpful and ignored me and walked away when I know she heard me. So, go to the young man if you want good service.

Andreis should be promoted to a management position if he isn’t already in a management position. I came in today to pick up an extremely heavy package. I was unable to park close to the store due to all the spots being occupied with cars so I had to park further out in the parking lot. He offered to help me take my package to my car. He actually didn’t even let me touch it! It was 10 degrees. He didn’t have on his coat and was so nice and pleasant about it. What a gentleman! Thank you Andreis for going above and beyond to help me today! Your customer service went far past excellent!!

I went in there today to send something back to Amazon and the 2 young men working there were extremely pleasant, friendly and helpful. I honestly dont recall the last time Ive had such great customer service.

I received a delivery from Amazon that was damaged in shipping and needed to return it for a replacement; unfortunately, Amazon chose to go with UPS to facilitate this. The UPS driver picked up the wrong package that wasnt intended for UPS AT ALL and never contacted me regarding the accuracy of the shipment. After learning of this mistake, I contacted UPS customer service, only to encounter a rude representative who informed me that Amazon had not paid for a repeated pickup attempt. My only choice was to take the package to a UPS store (which is not convenient to me) or place it in a UPS drop box. I was on a limited timeframe (thanks to Amazon), and when I went to the closest UPS drop box, I saw that the driver had set the boxs status to PICKED UP even though it wasnt even 5:00 PM and the posted pick-up time is 5:45 PM. The lesson: AVOID UPS AS YOUR PACKAGE CARRIER AT ALL COSTS.

I was returning a package unaware it was post office. She was slightly rude but nothing alarming. I called because she had told me I couldn’t have a receipt I understood that part I was only asking for a tracking # anything. I was ignored the first time to call back 2 more times to what it sounded like they answered but put me on mute so I was talking to myself for a bit confused. Mind you I was just there 5 min prior at 10:06am. She answered to be rude and sarcastic said she only answers when they’re not busy. Come on have some customer service! She repeated about the receipt, I only needed a track# and she responded I should have taken a picture of it. I asked again. Never before have I had a problem with anyone until today so I’ll give one star to everyone else who did a great job. I understand I don’t usually do this or even call but I have to be to work I was in a rush and I wanted to do it right away so it wouldn’t be a problem later. It would be nice for a can you hold or call back or not answer at all I guess but the sound of her picking up and muting me to later answer rude.. i deal with people all day everyday it’s just not right.Look at your response I have not altered mine! Why lie when there are camaras? I did not arrive prior to 10 but after there was someone in already filling something out. You never mentioned that I should have taken a picture of the package till after I called yes multiple times but like I said I couldn’t leave a voicemail because you answered to put me on hold! It went quiet so I talked to myself confused and unaware of what was going on. I will be reaching out to someone above you about how disappointed I am overall about my whole experience with you and I will ask that they review you for themselves, never have i been treated so disrespectfully in all my time of going to this location for my faxing because before covid I never returned a thing in my life. Understanding and customer service is all I ask for through these tough times. Yes it was postal my mistake I don’t think I deserve how you handled the situation.

Great customer service, friendly, efficient, plenty of parking at convenient location. I needed an affidavit notorized, which, our large full service bank is not available to do because of covid 19 germs. I looked online and found 2 remote online notary services. Notorycam-dot-com did not even list their prices until you downloaded their app, and Notory-dot-com claims UPS store charges $30 compared to their $25. Liar, Liar, Pants on Fire. UPS store charged me $5.00 to notorize one signature. I was able to book an appointment online the same day, which was a Saturday. No uploading documents which had my SS# on one page, no making copies of my driver’s license or passport and putting those in cyber space. $5.00. Thank you UPS Menomonee Falls store for your great service and fair prices and being an honest business, unlike Notory dot com.

We ship from this store quite frequently and they are amazing. Just recently there was a mishap with one of our packages, nite it was not the stores fsule. Janet was amazing, she worked with me with no hassle and resolved the problem. This is why my wife and I will continue to go there. Friendly smiles and faces everytime. Went in on saturday to send out some christmas gifts and was told they wouldnt be sending anything until wednesday... Mind you this is the saturday before christmas. We didnt care about this, however she then offered to give us a shipping quote (which was outrageous) and then said it would just be better to come back Wednesday to ship what??? We were confused and asked what she was talking about and this girl froze... And could not explain what was going on and then preceeded to say she could not take the packages. It was weird, a waste of time and we learned that FEDEX is headache free and friendly!! Do yourself a favor and go there.

Complete waste of time! Went to try and drop off an Amazon return which I already had a printed shipping label for, and the woman who worked there was completely clueless and was no help in taking my parcel. No customer service, as all she could manage to say was, I need help, and Im new here. Left without being able to ship my package. Staff needs better training!!

Very rude customer service at this location. I called earlier during the day to see if they had a notary public handy they told me they had one until 6 I show up at the location the old gentleman at the counter was very rude kept looking at my hands because I just come in from the cold I dont know because Im an African American male he thought I was going to rob them or something I was very polite Im a very professional entrepreneur the old man at the counter was very rude was trying to hurry up and rush me out of the store I was asking several questions about the notary when they were going to be available and I dont understand what his problem was but do not come to this location customer service sucks.

No customer service skills. Expected me to know how to do their job. Attitude was arragont and condescending. I went there to return an AT&T home set up kit and asked where I should place the packing slip and if they could seal the box for me. The answer I got was a condescending sure. I asked 2 questions and received 1 arragont answer. Also, my package was never delivered. Never using this UPS location again.
