Dr. Simonovich and his crew are absolutely stellar. If you want a true professional, who takes the time to ensure your comfortable, understand whats going on, dr. Simonovich is the guy you want. Ive had 3 visits so far, 2-3 remaining to fix years of neglect. Very happy to have him as my dentist. Highly highly recommend.

I scheduled a first-time appointment with Falls Dental to assess the source of some tooth pain, and I was incredibly satisfied with the experience I had. While the news about the tooth was bad, the overall care and experience was good, and Im really glad this is the place I chose to call. Staff were compassionate, professional, and communicated all options to me clearly. Ill be using them in the future for all my dental hygiene needs.

Didn’t have an issue the first two times I went. Then things flipped. I understand that with Covid going on it’s a stressor and harder to manage, but a little goes a long way. The first problem was when I broke my temporary crown and needed it fixed, I had an “emergency” appointment to have them reapply it and when I arrived a receptionist came out and said my appointment had been cancelled and they didn’t even have a dentist in house. A phone call at least would have sufficed. When I rescheduled that appointment they finally did the crown and I was happy. Well now fast forward to today and I got a call that I had missed so I called back five minutes later. The receptionist, Carrie, answered very abruptly and I was thrown but I gave my name and asked why they had called. I got dead silence for a few seconds and then a “I don’t know, there’s a lot of phone calls being made here.” I said, well, this is my name, could you look up what the phone call was about? To which she replied “i don’t know that I can” very shortly. I asked if the computers were down. Again, dead silence. Finally she responded that it’s probably about an appointment reminder and proceeded to give me my exact time of the appointment (which I thought she couldn’t find out). I said okay thank you, and again confirmed the time. She said yes and I said thank you and was about to ask her a question but she didn’t even bother to wait to see what else I had to say before hanging up. I called back and said it was very unprofessional and that I was not done speaking and so I didn’t want the appointment if that’s how they run the business and her response was “but you said thank you” and I said that wasn’t an end and so she said “so tomorrow at 9:30?” And I repeated, no, cancel it (like I previously stated). So not only was the customer service terrible, she was extremely rude and feigned ignorance as to knowing anything, but she also didn’t even bother listening to anything I had to say. I like the dentist but maybe the receptionists need a lesson on being a bit more friendly and patient. If not, find a new one. I’m very upset and they definitely lost me as a customer. The two stars is only for the dentists and their work, i would give a one star (if that) for management of the office.

Front desk staff were a bit chaotic, but overall very satisfied; will be a returning customer.

Fantastic experience!They were kind enough to donate a whitening gift certificate to a charity for a silent auction which I was excited to win! I just had the opportunity to work with Tammy and am so happy with the results. Super kind and how easy!!! I highly recommend!

Would be nice if I could rate the dentist and billing separately. Love the dentists, hate the billing. The dentists are honest and reasonable with treatments and recommendations. Our family has been going to Falls Dental for over 10 years and weve experienced consistent billing errors. Ive lost count of the number of hours Ive spent going through information and finding their mistakes for them. The dentists are great, though, and I do highly recommend them. Just be sure to stay on top of your visits, ask for itemized bills from them, and tell them *exactly* how to bill your insurance. Not just once, but every.single.time you go there.

Do not see Dr. Boyer. His chair-side manner is extremely lacking and he lacks compassion.

Could not be more kind, patient and professional. Gave me all options before I made my decision on what to do with a split tooth. I love the staff and Dr. Remshak is the best. I cant express how great they all have been to my entire family!

I would not even give this place a star, but it would not let me post until I did. I would not recommend this place for any family member. Very unprofessional, very unorganized and lack of communication. Once this is procedure is completed, we will never go back.
