I normally dont write reviews but i felt i needed to this time. I Had a great experience, Brandon came out after he called to say he was coming out. i met him because i was at work, he looked the A/C unit over and knew right away what it was. he showed me explained how he knew. went to his truck got a replacement, replaced it and then gave me some great maintenance tips. i rarely see or hear of that kind of service any more and i highly recommend Seider Heating, Plumbing and electrical. they are lucky to have Brandon on their staff as well as i am lucky he is. i have to add, Seider not only provided great service but also did it at a fair price.

Called early in the morning due to a water heater spewing water all over our basement floor. Mike made arrangements for someone to come over that same afternoon! Jason did a great job replacing our old water heater. Removed the old one, cleaned everything up and turned off all the lights! Great service and so happy that they had room to fit us in same day!!!

Call for tech to come out and didnt see him replace the parts for my AC and he said he fix it. Sign the agreement to pay and he was finish. Would recommend if the tech take the time to prove to customer that they replaced a part by doing it front of their eyes.

My wife and I were very impressed with the Seider Menomonee Falls crew. They did the plumbing for a bathroom reno and added a new bathroom. Seider did all the plumbing which required a lot of pipes to be moved and added. The work was great but the workers were even better. Very professional, courteous and personable. I would recommend them 1000%

I first received a call from John on 05/17/2021. John was able to give me so much information on the best AC unit for our home. He is extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to. We had a different company come out to our home the previous week and that particular technician did not give us as much information as John did. John even had Brian come out to double check our ductwork as a precaution. I am so pleased with all the service we have received from Seider. With this being such a big purchase for our new home, it could have been stressful. John made sure that it was not. Him, Brian and the technicians that installed our unit were professional, prompt and courteous. They really put our mind at ease when it came to this decision. I recommend any and everyone to reach out to Seider for services.

Needed gas lines run to the outside. Mike from Seider came out right away, specd and priced the job. The job was scheduled very quickly with a short turn around. Eddie was our installer. He was very polite, courteous and efficient. Very happy with their work. All around a great experience with Mike and Eddie.

I would highly recommend Seider. We called them on a Friday morning about a water heater repair we really needed done that day. I left a voicemail and my call was returned within 15 minutes. They were able to get a plumber out to us that afternoon. He was on time and fixed the problem quickly. You wont regret calling!

Seider Plumbing was outstanding! They helped my wife and I redo our whole basement plumbing issue. On top of that they pointed out an issue with our electrical box which was taken care of by one of their employees as well. It’s a one call kind of shop. They will explain every detail of what’s going on during the whole process. I couldn’t be happier with the service we received and I highly recommend using their services for any issues you have that they can help with.

I highly recommend Seider for a variety of heating and plumbing services. I have used this company for different needs over the years, and have never been disappointed.I called after business hours, and Mike went out of his way to both recommend and order a specialty piece so that I could receive the part by the very next morning....delivered to my home by 8:30 am! Sue Ann called me to set up an appointment for that very day! Jay arrived on time, and represented Seider in a professional manner by being courteous and hard working. He fixed our plumbing problem in a timely and efficient manner. We were very pleased with the results. His partner, Jason, was ready to assist, if needed.In less than 20 hours, Seider had the problem analyzed, suggested possible solutions, and completed all repair work.I am very impressed with Seider and thank them for giving service that was above and beyond our expectations. Highly recommend!

We worked with Ben to help install the electric on our hot tub. He was absolutely fantastic to work with. Very responsive, professional and neat. He takes great pride in his work. We had a unique situation with our hot tub and Ben went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy and the job was finished. My project consisted of replacing an outside post and electric box, adding a new outside electric box, and adding 2 light fixtures in my garage. The project started with an on site visit to assess my needs. Ben did an excellent job, understanding my requirements and later providing an accurate estimate. Then, at the agreed upon date and time, Joe and Andrew from Seider showed up on time and ready to work. They were the consummate professionals. Not only was their electrical work excellent, they respected our request that appearances were very important to us. The finished project exceeded our expectations: the wiring was hidden, the post looked better than the one it replaced (and it works!!) and they even repaired our lawn where they had to dig. Seider is my source for electrical work, HVAC and plumbing, and I highly recommend Seider for all 3 services.

I had a new furnace and air conditioner unit installed (Goodman) and within 1year the AC system failed. I was told by Seider owner Todd Seider that this was a top of the line unit. They sent out Corey, a repair technician, who stated that the unit was defective. They sent out a Goodman rep along with Corey and they inspected the unit and agreed to replace the entire unit within a month due to covid. A month later Todd Seider refuse to replace the unit and instead said that the hard start kit they put on the BRAND NEW unit was sufficient and all they could do. Please dont be conned by this company like I was. We spent $4000.00 on a faulty unit.Update: The owner Blake Seider reached out to me and apologized for the inconvenience and made things right. I was very impressed with his kindness and professionalism. We all make mistakes and it takes a real professional company, who are committed to customer service to step up and make things right. He went above and beyond to give recommendations on products to use and get our installation done quickly! Addition -After Making this post, the Owner did reach out to me and apologized for the actions of some of the other employees, refunded more then half of the money, and came and fixed the electrical to that which was originally agreed to. The Owner Made it Right.Notes to the Owner:Bart that showed up today, was professional. He was Apologetic for what had happened up until this point. And cleaned up the previous mess that had even been left by Joe and Dan. This is how management should have been, and should be.Even when Ben (The master electrician/Manager showed up today) he was making excuses for his actions. That too many people message him and its easy to forget about something. This isnt the paying customers problem. If you make a promise to a customer, and you dont keep it, youve messed up.Original post -If you want timely response. Dont use Seider.If you want the work done that was agreed to. Dont use Seider.If you want Employees Fighting in your house. Dont use Seider.I have had a series of interactions that left me not really wanting to work with the company. After Rude employees, unprofessional behavior, and taking forever to get me scheduled, I would recommend going to another business.First interaction was fairly strange and unprofessional. I was contacted after submitting a form, asking me to reach out to schedule service with Ben, their master electrician, on August 3rd. Upon reaching out to him, I was questioned as to why I was calling this number, who gave me the number, and didnt help schedule. I had to reach back out to the scheduling person that told me to call Ben to get it on the calendar.I had a guy come out for the initial investigation on Friday August 7th, and was told that I can call over to get it scheduled, and they will make it a priority, because the electricity was out in my bathroom. Upon calling to try and get scheduled, the scheduling person stated they would need his paper work in order to schedule me, and they would reach out on Monday. He asked me at that time if I wanted my bathrooms vanity light and the fan and heating lamp on seperate switches, which I stated yes. They didnt. I waited giving the company benefit of the doubt (Employee stated they were fairly busy). Friday the 14th of August I reached out for an update, got the run around because the scheduling person wasnt there. I had to call back again, and again, and again, before they FINALLY got back to me August 24th (17 Days later --- WOOO Priority) to get me scheduled for September 1st.The two guys that were working on my house on September 1st were shouting at eachother, calling eachother names, criticizing what and how they were doing the work, one of them threatened to stab the other, threw things down the stairs, and didnt install the vanity light and fan and heating lamp on seperate switches.I rarely leave bad reviews without talking to management, and attempted to get this fixed. They stated they would get back to me that same day about a resolution (IE, either some money back or getting the switch situation fixed.) That was September 2nd. One of the two employees (Joe) Called back to apologize for his less then professional attitude the day of, but As of today (September 14th - almost two weeks later) Management still has not done anything to resolve the issue.

I was very pleased with the professional service we received. Recently our air conditioner was leaking and shorted out the control panel during a hotspot while we were out of town on vacation. They were quick to schedule us with an appointment the same day, diagnose the problem, clean out our condensation drains and replace the control panel! Great service, great guys!

Jason and Dan were great. They fixed the problmens to what any faucet and shower should be. Really nice guys and they even practiced safe distancing which made me very comfortably. Ive read some reviews on their prices, but with certain situations its sometimes best to get the best which also means theyve earned the rite to price as they wish because theyll get it rite the first time. The people at Seider are absolutely some of the most honest and nice people I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with.I had another heating and cooling company out to look at my Bryant furnace and they told me both the primary and secondary heat exchangers had failed, with this information I had resigned myself to buying a new furnace as the cost to replace both heat exchangers was nearly the same as a new furnace. This other company had a salesperson out who gave me some numbers on new units, I wanted to do my due diligence so I decided to call Seider as they offered similar brands as this company.John R. got right back to me and gave me some numbers for what a replacement would cost from Seider. John clearly has an immense amount of knowledge about the HVAC business, after chatting about replacements John inquired as to what was wrong with my current furnace and I filled him in on the diagnostic work done by the other company. Immediately John started to identify inconsistencies in the other companies story, first off my secondary heat exchanger was covered under a class action lawsuit, second the other company identified a noise I had heard previously and described to them as rivets popping on the primary heat exchanger, John informed me that exchanger was crimped and not riveted, he pointed out that they likely did little inspection to reach their conclusion. John then said that while he couldnt promise anything he would rather not sell me a new furnace if I didnt need one and recommended I have someone from their company out to diagnose the unit, John said in his years of selling he felt that it was important to be honest with customers and not try to sell them something they dont need, he said he knows that if he does right by his customers they will come back when they need to buy something.John is the definition of integrity in business practices and a remarkably honest individual.The next day Craig came out to check out my furnace and just like John suspected my primary was fine and my secondary had failed. Craig, much like John, was incredibly knowledgeable in the trade, friendly and also super honest. He made a few calls and arranged for the secondary heat exchanger to be ordered, before he even left I got a call from Seiders office to schedule someone for the next day to replace it.The next day Mike arrived and got to work, Mike shared the same vast knowledge on HVAC as John and Craig, as well as also being very honest and friendly. He got the unit pulled apart, and took a look at the primary that according to the other company was bad, it was in fact in great shape. He replaced the secondary, got the unit back together ran some tests and that was that.Between Seiders very reasonable service fee of just $99 and a small fee to replace the secondary ($150), Seider had my furnace up and running for under $300 after tax. The other guys wanted anywhere from $3.5k-$5k to completely replace it.One more thing I noticed throughout my interactions with John, Craig and Mike aside from their immense knowledge of the HVAC industry and their honesty was that all of them made note of how dedicated the Seider family was to doing the right thing for their customers. If I recall correctly they indicated that the Seiders have been operating this business for three generations now, clearly the Seider family takes putting their name on their work seriously, their dedication to sevice is second to none and they operate with the utmost integrity.Bravo to the Seider family and their employees, this is a fantastic business run by amazing people.

The technician Jason was awesome. My wife originally called to have one toilet serviced, during the time between calling and our appointment I noticed our second bathroom toilet also needed servicing. Apon Jasons arrival me and my wife asked him if it was an issue looking at the second bathroom. He gladly did so, unfortunately he didnt have all the parts he needed to fix the second bathroom with him. However Jason came back later in the day to fix the second toilet. I appreciate his dedication so much. Will definitely be using Seider again! Great job!

Sieder was able to come same day, very nice technician showing me exactly what he was doing, made pleasant conversation, troubleshooted efficiently, knew his trade inside and out, he even left me a few extra wire caps to finish the rest of my outlets with. KG Stevens just completed an upgrade to my kitchen with new countertop, Kohler sink and hands free faucet. Jason was the plumber working on the reconnect and install of the hands free faucet. He took the project as far as he could but pointed out that I needed new outlet for the faucet to be hands free. Sarah Kunde from KG Stevens assisted in getting a Seider electrician to come and install the necessary electrical. Dom was the electrician and was prompt, professional and a pleasure to work with. All in all an excellent experience. Kudos to Seider for such a fine team.

I visited my 99 year old father who needed some assistance with Dr. appointments. While walking through the basement I observed the water heater that was in very bad shape. I called Seider for an appointment. The following day Scott arrived and took one look at the water. It needed replacement. The schedule was full but I only had one more day in WI., March 2, so he called scheduling and made us the 2nd job for the next day. Scott and Mark replaced the old water heater (installed in 1993) with a new one, gave instructions on care and maintenance and answered several other questions on Dads plumbing concerns. They were professional, courteous and very helpful. I returned to Texas feeling very good about their work and service. My sister subsequently used Seider to assist with Dads furnace inspection and Service. Thanks to you all from the Dunn family.

What a joke. Called in and sat on hold forever. Hitting zero to get to an operator doesnt work. Phone system would say goodbye and then put you back on hold. Finally got through and lead time for a repair is over 1 week.

When we were having trouble with our air conditioner, the on-call technician Ramen went over it with a fine tooth comb and was able to fix the problem. He was extremely thorough, professional, pleasant and informative and offered several tips and advice which have proven to be very helpful.
