My friend recommended me JunkDeal so I gave them my trust. I needed help to move out my junk/furniture on Saturday. I called on Friday and they scheduled me right away for next day. I made my appointment for 3pm and David with his co-worker showed up at 2:55pm (very sweet guys). They called me 30 min before their arrival. Loved my interaction with Junk Deal!I requested a quote through Yelp. They came in higher than other quotes, but they were very friendly and immediate in their response. I asked them to price match and they came very close - then I had to add something else to my pickup and they didnt blink an eye. Their customer service went a long way for me, so I went all in.They gave me a 9-11am window the day they were going to show (literally the next day!) and then at 8:39am they texted to say they were 20 minutes away. They showed up early, grabbed all the stuff, and were gone in under 30 minutes. It was that easy!They wore masks and were super professional. Id definitely recommend them and use them again.
