I just got home didn’t bother to check my car before I left because it looked like they were actually cleaning my car an vacuuming. My doors weren’t vacuumed and neither was in between my seats I wish I would not have tipped. I was surprised with how fast they got done. But now I see why. The outside wash was decent inside was okay definitely could done better job myself vacuuming. Won’t be coming back.

Before the pandemic, it was maybe $12-13 for a basic wash (crossover SUV). Went here early 2021 and it was $16-17. Just went again (Aug 2021) and it was $20! Pretty sure its not draught friendly either.

BETTER than Ducky’s or any other car wash. Came here almost 10 years ago to get my car detailed because a drunk friend threw up in my car and 2 ducky’s trips couldn’t cut it. The 2nd incident, I came here right away and it was cleaned not only for less, but actually cleaned. I’ve been coming here ever since.

I come here regularly to get my car cleaned. They do a good job for $30 and get it done quickly.

My go to place for a quick wash and detail. They do great work and charge a reasonable price. They take both commercial and personal vehicles.

Normally I give places the benefit of the doubt and I had been going here for years but today was the last straw. I went in today to take my wifes car to get cleaned and figuered id give this place another chance as it was near my home so I go and am greater with a long wait in line. During that entire time (about 30-35 mins of waiting) not once did they decide to tell any customer in line that there will be no interior service as to give us the option of going elsewhere saving us our time in line that lead out to the street. After finally pulling in to the wash area I come to find that a hose is broken so I think ok no problem theyll just use another hose to wash as they did the 2 cars prior to my lane. They begin to fidget and tape the hose and then get started to stop halfway and then apply the cleaning solution on the car in the meantime. It took forever for someone to use one of the other hoses around to take the solution off that it had already settled and dried all over. After they finally wash it off using the surrounding houses I pull up to the vacuum area where they normally clean the interior and the ladies start drying and as Im getting ready to step out they finally decide to tell me no interior today when they could have told me closer to an hr prior. Im frustrated at this point and tell her why didnt you say anything to anyone prior to getting in the wash and she said just proceeded to say you have to pay with out an explanation in a rude manner. As they dry my car they begin smacking the hood and doors with the towels instead of properly drying them and when I argue this the same lady says again you have to pay. At this point Im just done and so I pay with no tip as they were not deserving of such and didnt even do a good job on the outside and had to go down to menlo Park to get a proper cleaning. So avoid the headache and just go elsewhere its worth the extra 5 mins than to get ripped off by a shady buisiness.business. They are over priced with bad quality and service they just want a quick pay.

Great shop. A bit pricey, but they always do a great job. You can come here for a quick outside wash or a complete detail-they do it all.

Such a great car wash ! They have happy hour car washes M-TR. It really doesnt get any better does it? They make sure your car is spotless and do a terrific job. Such hard working people here. Ive seen the manager also helping out and it just shows a lot seeing him out there helping the workers.

Experience was excellent! super fast service and really good work! The best around for the price. Although it is a bit confusing because if youre a first time comer youre not sure where to go or how to pay. but the workers are friendly and they point you in the right direction

Very upsetting this morning. I went to get a car wash and there was an individual of Chinese descent, they were charged Chinese price for their car wash. They charged me a regular price when I asked why the lady said friends from home. I observed another vehicle and the same thing happened. Very sad that Im paying a different and higher price due to my ethnicity. I am very concerned and would appreciate guidance on how to report.

Decent and fast service, but the process was a little confusing. You pull in and the people working there immediately start washing your car. After the final rinse, you are waved over to the drying area. Once there, you’re finally able to speak to someone. I asked to have the interior cleaned. I don’t think it’s the most thorough wash/cleaning...I noticed I still had little bits of sap on the car. Considering how quickly they cleaned the car and the cost of the service ($30 cash), I was happy with the car wash!

Very poor costumer service and they dont finished the job I work for restaurants so I know costumer service and I never ask for tips they do and they try to charge me 33 wend I I ask why they said 23 pay and go finished clean your car at home and if you want to do a nice job pay 100 dollars very nice costumer service

Easy to miss this place as youre slogging up Marsh road. But they do one of the best car washes around. These people are strictly business though. No chit chat, they will point you through the whole process though. You dont get out of the car unless you have the interior done and even then its at the end as they start to dry it. Very reasonable prices for what they do. Always a fair amount of high end cars get done here so you know they are doing things right. My go to car wash when Im on the other side of the bridge.

This is the best car wash value I’ve come across in the area. Affordable prices and the ability to chose b/w what I want/need cleaned (e.g. full vs. just exterior) make this my go-to.I do not see a quality or convenience difference b/w this place and some of the more expensive options in the area.

As far as i know this is one of the cheap and best Car Wash place. Wash is not perfect but still its more worth than what they charge. visiting twice a month will do to take care of your car shine.

Car wash, window cleaning and tire armor was good. Dash was okay. The biggest reason they get 2 stars is because the horrendous vacuuming. I had to point out obvious dirty areas and the guy got mad at me like it was my fault. He slammed my door after he got the last bit that I pointed out, but it was still pretty dirty. And, as I drove away, he gave me a dirty stare. I felt bad about not tipping cause of one person, but that was too much. I ended up vacuuming it myself when I got home. I also feel bad about the 2 stars cause the owner was very kind to me 2 years ago when I had to get a small interior area detailed. Im not sure if its the same business/owner.

23$ for “full service” on a sedan, which includes a substandard interior and exterior cleaning. When I told them there was still dirt on my car, they told me my car was too dirty. Will not return

The last time I came here, the car washes were only about $10.00 at the time. I didn’t know their prices went up, I didn’t know how much it was going to cost me, I didn’t see a price menu, and I was hoping one of them would come up to me and ask me what type of wash I wanted for my car, not one of them informed me of the cost. Obviously, customer service is not their very strongest skill in the work force. I’d give it five stars, they did do a very good job in washing and vacuuming my car, but the communication on their part was just not there.

Worst experience ever, they don’t care about cleaning good your car. They just have a rush for charge you.

Love this car wash, in and out. Sometimes you’ll have to be specific on certain things you would like more attention given to but over all, considering the amount of customers they have it’s pretty decent.

There car wash is manual and great value for what you pay for, my van is $20- extra for amoreaux.

They pretend to be a lower cost carwash but charge for every little thing they will charge you and with hardship you have communicating in English you wake up with a something like 30% higher than high scale car wash places. dont recommend.

I took my car there and they make a big scratch on from the front to the car all the way to the back and I noticed it and asked for the manager and she said I am not paying for that. They dont even wash you car good and instead you leave with scratches. Irresponsible p..

Quick and thorough job. They did a wonderful job, and did little extras like cleaning out trunk water drain, which was full of leaves.

My car smelled like urine afterward, with whatever chemical they clean with that smells like urine or rags, still crumbs everywhere in my car, dust, everything. A quick 5 min runthru with vac n wipedown. NO ONE SHOULD EVER GO HERE. Waited for about 15 minutes while all employees just stared at me while trying to ask for service i was ignored, then handled vaery rudely

Expensive and Poor hand wash. Mosquitos-bug were not removed from the front bumper. And the top of the car had white soap residue and was not very clean either. In addition, they charged me SUV price for my sedan ( Mazda 5).

Quick inexpensive

DO NOT GET A CAR WASH FROM HERE! I took my brand new truck for its first wash; when I got back home there was a surface scratch on it. They use cheap towels to dry your car, causing surface scratches on your vehicle.
