Horrendous customer service and a complete lack of accountability from the company. I have sent over 20 emails to them requesting and pleading for help and no one at RTI seems to care or get things done. All that is important to them is getting you off the phone quickly, ignoring emails and wasting money promoting individuals while their customers who pay for such promotions are ignored. Im glad they dont serve food, it would take you months to receive your order.

Can get anyone out for service fry strainers, container is out of fry oil again!

Our units in Minnesota are now all using Restaurant Technologies Oil Services. I honestly feel that if more owner/operators knew that complete oil automation was an option at a bit of a cost savings overall, they would all make the change. If you are on the fence about implementing their services. I highly recommend it! Thanks Alex and the entire team at RT for the quick installs, set up, and easy use! (our employees say thanks too!)

I deliver oil there twice a month. The rcvr ia always professional and very nice. He is knowledgeable about procedures and helpful when need be. He makes the delivery smooth and enjoyable. Keep any and all employees like him.It can be a chore unloading there because its angled wrong but if we could back onto ramps it would be perfect!

If you work for a restaurant, contact managers/owner/supervisors to stop doing business with this place. They are terrible and rude. Customer service is worst Ive ever dealt with. If I could give a zero rating, I certainly would. They need to screen employees before hiring. I talked to Jessica and all she could tell me was I dont know.. If you dont know, then let me talk to someone who does. She was very snotty too. Not professional at all!

Please read. Worst company ever, when you are done with the products they dont pick up the old oil OR GIANT TUBS THAT WASTE 300 Sq FEET. please dont do it. When you call them to pick it up they are rude and talk down to you. Who ever SHE is doesnt care and tells you that you dont know what you are talking about.

The people here are horrible wish that a better option was available
