Very unsatisfied with this company. Like other reviews, I would have rated this a 0 if it let me. I hired this company to move all of my daughters stuff (which was all in 1 storage unit) It took them over 2 hours just to empty the storage unit into their truck while complaining that there was more stuff to move than they were thinking it was. Once at new location, took their slow sweet time unloading the truck. My daughter helped move things with them cuz they were so slow. After all of the furniture was moved into the house she even suggested to just pile the rest of it in the garage and she would move it from there on her own. They didnt listen and continued working slow to rack up the bill. 1 storage unit of 10 x 25 took them 6 hours to move. That is very poor workmanship. I do not recommend this company for anyone. I would have done it myself if I would have known it would come to almost $1,300. That is really taking advantage of people.

Dreifuerst & Sons Moving provided an excellent service. I was amazed at how fast they work (very efficient), yet they take great care of your belongings. They made my move very easy. They are simply the best! I highly recommend calling them for your next move!

Service and follow up was terrible. Submitted payment that was processed. Instead of helping me investigate where my funds went (a check that was written out to the company, mailed to the billing address and processed) I got to pay twice the fee after they threatened to take me to small claims court for not paying. I wish I would have mentioned the damage on the treadmill that was moved. I didn’t as I ended up just fixing it myself. Save yourself the money and use any other company that is available. As for the wonderful response below, the first payment was processed and claimed not to have been. The second payment from an active account was rejected. The third was processed. The response below should give you all you need to know about this company.

If I could give this company a zero I would. They damaged a new bed frame that costed a couple hundred dollars and paid $21 for the damage. They were rude and unprofessional. They dont even return phone calls and the email responses are one sentence. The movers did whatever they pleased to get the job done. Not only damaging property they charged for 3 hours when it took maybe 2 hours, this is with them being late for pick-up. I would never use them again. I do have the right company. I cant reply and you blocked me on other review sites. Posted the same information and pictures.

Did a excellent job

I was going to move myself but really didnt want to. But these guys came through and made it really simple for me. Easy to work with and wasnt too expensive. They moved a lot of my shop tools and large furniture.

All I can say is Wow! I was so impressed by the professionalism of my crew from Dreifuerst & Sons! They handled my furniture with great care and even put down floor and carpet protection. They were courteous and organized. Each member of the crew performed his role well, and when they worked together to move a heavy piece, they worked together as a team. This is the only moving company I will call.

Good storage facility.

Our experience with Dreifuerst & Sons was not a positive one. The two gentlemen that came to move us were very polite individuals, but that doesnt make up for the damage they did to my floor, wall and couch. We moved into a brand new home and they scraped the hardwood floor and the wall and they left three small tears in my couch. Of course like most movers, we paid by the hour and they spent about a half hour moving a piece of furniture they were told was staying at the old house. They then had to get it back out of their truck and into the garage. Another half hour was wasted when they got the refrigerator stuck in the doorway because they did not measure and left the handles on. Had they measured and removed the handles, it would have saved time. And this happened at both the house we moved out of and the house we moved into. At the new house when moving the refrigerator into the basement they got it stuck and needed to take the basement door off. Luckily my husband was in the basement with the one mover because that guy didnt know how to take the door off and my husband had to do it for him. I did call the company to tell them about our experience and they did absolutely nothing about it. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I would never hire them again.They overcharge and aren’t careful. Everyone was nice and on time but they showed up with too small of a truck so they were unable to take everything, didn’t know how to move a high end refrigerator and damaged it, same thing with my treadmill, they were rough on things and seemed more concerned with hurrying than to do things carefully. These are things I’ve spent my life accumulating and didn’t my sweat and tears to earn!! I don’t want them ruined.The business is family owned and run but, they need to hire qualified people not just their family. The guys that moved me into my place broke off an inch diameter bolt in my garage wall when trying to hang my gym equipment!! How dies that happen? Carelessness and being ill prepared. That’s how that works. When he told me about it he actually said”well I hung on it and it held me so, it’s safe”. Really?!?! No offer to fix the issue and no thought for anyone else who might use the equipment. Nope I’d pass them by if looking for a mover. I spent a lot of money with them and my thanks from them was a broken treadmill, a fridge with damages on the front doors, and the broken bolt!!

I just moved locally and it was great! I wont be using my family and van anymore. These guys are friendly and work hard!

I will never recommend these movers. We had them move our items to a storage unit 4 hours away. THEY were unable to deliver until the next week. We agreed to us being charged only two nights storage since it was their fault. They were very friendly at both pickup and delivery. I had the whole house in boxes except odd items that don’t usually go in boxes. (Tall lamps, concrete lawn ornaments and things of the like). They proceeded to put EVERYTHING in boxes. When I was given the bill it was $1500.00 OVER the estimate. I was charged for all those boxes a 6 days of storage. I called about this and they only agreed to give 4 days storage back. After a second call to them they sent me a check but it too was $55.00 short. The kicker is that they took most of the boxes back home with them. They are crooks.
