Im no expert with computer repair, but I am far and away from a novice, having built 3 of my own rigs in the last 15 years.That said, I paid a premium to save myself the time and hassle to rebuild my last computer. The returned product had the CPU fan plugged into the wrong power port which produced a boot up error from the get go.Then, to make matters worse after having to repair that myself, two of the hard drives werent even plugged into the motherboard. I called and was told i was informed of that fact, but i most certainly was not told this as it is very important information that I could not forget. I wonder what I was paying for now.I advise keeping away from this place. Double and triple talk seemed the norm and I was foolish to ignore it. There are much more reputable places the the Valle . Go to them instead!

Itd be cool if theyd return our (completely fried) computer even remotely on time. It was supposed to be ready last Friday (we declined their offer to recover the hard drive since that much I can do myself) and its still not ready as of this Thursday. They literally have nothing to work on. Did they lose the thing??Ill update the review if even one satisfactory thing comes of this.

Starts with honest phone advice then almost immediate service if needed. I have always been surprised by how fast it is completed and done right the first time. I love the fact that I talk right to the person who will be doing the work and not some geek who may or may not transfer the info properly causing another repair (at my expense but mostly my inconvenience). Pricing is consistent and fair, but what blew me away was the follow up call to make sure I was satisfied. What more could I ask for?I have switched my business and home computer problems over to Matt and I could not be happier.

Matt provided very helpful service in a timely manner. Prescribed the best solution and did it efficiently. When there were some challenges, he stood behind his work and fixed it promptly. I will be keeping in touch with him and using his service again.

This is one of the those companies that are a well kept secret, however the work that he does is great. If you are looking for a place that can help you without talking down to you then this is the place to go.

I wish there was a negative star review. I sent in my computer to have a busted fan fixed. It was there for TWO months only to have the technician saying he ended up cracking the motherboard while trying to fix the fan. He had to order a new labtop to replace the one he broke free of charge. However the one I received is worse than what I sent in!!! There are cracks and scratches and a busted hinge, and it runs worse than ever!!! I have photos to prove it!

Extremely helpful, Bits and Bytes offered us prompt service when our business really needed it! Will definitely be using them again!
