We needed to replace an old wood burning fireplace after a chimney fire. Luke and his crew did an incredible job! The project took over a week, including complete removal of the old and installation of the new. Every night, the team cleaned up all they could to allow us to use the room. On the last day, I watched them wipe down everything-walls, windows, pictures, furniture, and cleaning the carpet. They even scrubbed the floor under the runners they brought to cover everything! If it wasnt for the beautiful new fireplace, we couldnt tell they had ever been here. I highly recommend them!

They came and did a chimney inspection. I was extremely impressed with the service. They showed up on time and ready to do the inspection. They were very thorough and explained everything very well. They showed up late by almost 2hours. Luckily I was home for the whole day and it worked out, plus they gave me a small discount for being late. Other than that, they were very nice, polite, and professional. Completed an inspection and a sweeping for us within about an hour. I would use them again, just make sure you have extra time available past the appointment time youre given in case theyre running behind.

They were very professional, did the job quickly but left everything clean(not an ash was left anywhere) and gave before and after pictures of everything. If you want a clean and professional cleaning done, this company is the one to hire.

I met the chimney guy at one of my home inspector association meetings. I bought into what he was selling and I decided to add him to my preferred contractors list. I also used the chimney guy on my personal home to install a blaze king and to do some stonework, total cost $12,000. I started this venture in fall on 2016. I have had nothing but headache s with the company. after vent pipe was assembled I noticed a gap in vent pipe. I sent them a picture of gap, company said it was ok. I ended up having a chimney fire that melted joints on vent together. I call the company, a rep said it was covered on warranty and took vent with them. the owner call soon after to informed me that it isnt covered and I would have to pay more to get it fixed and he left all parts on my front steps. today they came back out to fix vent because I refused to pay balance until system was put back together. they came took my money, and put together vent. but i still have a gap in vent pipe. I will NOT refer them any longer. $12,000, 10 months of headaches. I will take my business else where!! Update: after post company warrantied the pipe. I was going to take post down since they were fixing issue. Day of install company said they would be there between 1-3pm, never showed up between Times with no phone call. Wife asked them to center and straighten the stove, that didnt happen. Still have a gap on piping and my trim plate also is 1 1/2 from stonework.

I have used The Chimney Guy for chimney cleaning for over 7 years. The first time I had Mark scheduled to clean my chimney he inspected my chimney and would not clean it. He showed me how it had been installed incorrectly and was actually a fire hazard. We then scheduled Mark to come back and correct the problem. I have always been very impressed with the service I have received over the years. Mark, Katie and their crew have always been prompt, polite, honest and very willing to explain what they are doing. I would never trust anyone else to work on my house.

Ceramic window on fireplace had something on it that I could not get off. Called Chimney Guy and on the same day they came and took the window to the shop, cleaned it, brought it back and replaced the window. No questions asked. That is service at its best.
