Glenn had to reschedule my first appointment for the estimate. He finally came last Thursday and stated he would have the estimate today, Monday June 1st. I had to call him and he told me he would call me back. I once again had to call him just for him to say he would call back. He never did. So, I texted him to let him know of his poor service and that I was no longer interested. You should never have to chase a business to give them your money.
