The in-home estimate to install time was pretty lengthy (12 weeks)! But, I’m in love with my doors now that they’ve been installed! The installation crew was very thorough and CLEAN. The doors are sturdy (steel), sleek, and pretty! I can go on and on! I highly recommend RbA!

RbA made the whole process easy, Thats exactly why I chose them, and I wasnt disappointed. The windows are beautiful, and i think we can already tell a difference in how hard the AC is working. I am most impressed by the installation process. These guys are incredibly professional. They worked fast and the results are immaculate. It just looks so neat and crisp. I couldnt be more pleased.

Professional, from the quote by their sales rep, explaining everything from examples of why renewal windows are higher in quality than standard vinyl windows. Financing was simple. Cost more than vinyl but well worth it. Kept me informed via email or phone calls.The installation was also explained when they got here ahead of schedule that day which was pleasing. The time between removing and replacing was just amazing. I figured the opening would be there for 15 to 20 minutes, letting heat and insects in..but it wasnt. Just about a minute or two and they swapped them out ..out with the old and inserted the new window. Screwed it in..insulation went in. Stripping on inside and outside. Cleaned up inside and outside. Cant wait till the crisp fall weather comes to try them out. Ive not had double hung windows in a good while.One window didnt make it on the truck but less than 30 days and it will be here and installed. Im sure the pandemic has impacted their factory as well.Thank you to Renewal Windows for a job well done.

The contractors arrived on time. They were polite and professional. They set up quickly and worked diligently until job completed. Performed most of the work outside even though it was extremely cold, single digit weather. Removed old windows and put new windows in quickly to minimize cold in the house. They also gave me tips on materials needed so I could match trim throughout the house to match new window casing. Great job. They left my home very clean and neat.

The whole experience was amazing. On time, polite, and expert of their craft is what was delivered when they showed up. The price is a little higher than what people would want to pay but it is worth it hands down.

I Our home was in great need of window replacement. I fretted over which company to use. When the opportunity to select Renewal by Andersen came to my attention, their was no need for further investigation. From the sales representative to the installers, Jackie and Zach, we were totally pleased. The installers were superb...cleaning up after each window removal and installation, both inside and outside. Their routine was like a dance of steps.Our window openings required some extra work which they accomplished without issue, at no extra cost to us.I highly recommend this company. The product is superior to anything else I have researched. I cant praise the installers enough. On a scale of 0 to 10, they rate a 12!

Over-Hyped on their service. Showed up late the first day 2 hours past time scheduled, worked 4 hours, then called it a day. Had rotten wood which they just covered. Installation was July 28th, 29th. They measure 1 window wrong, said they would rush expedite it, I emailed last week to check on status, said they would get right back, over a week later, crickets. Still sitting with incomplete job with no idea when they will be back or if they will. No accountability from the Salesperson or Concierge. Saying your sorry doesnt fix the issue. Once they make the sale, gone. This company talks about the first class service they provide and and say they value the survey at the end of the job. But I guess once they know they arent getting the 9.0 rating they really dont care. Still waiting on the response RBA! would love to have my windows completed! After Trying to contact the Manager, the Concierge, the sales person, we were accidently copied on an email from the sales person stating we are being difficult. Desmond Gaston, Phillip Spencer and Jessi Shelton all have been contacted numerous times without any response or acknowledgement other than insulting us. Over a month without updates, acknowledgements, but yet they got her their 32k and we are yet to have a finished product. Worst customer service ever. Next step is to contact an attorney.

Wonderful experience with Andersen. Amazing installation crew. Windows are wonderful. This is our second purchase for windows and we could not be happier. The installation crew was top notch and very professional. Cleaned up after themselves and answered all of our questions and believe me there were a lot of them. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

They were very sure that the windows would help my ac. It had always had problems keeping up with the heat. Now there is no problems. The ac runs less but keeps the house cold.

Every last Renewal by Andersen person we dealt with, from sales to account management to installation we’re just first rate. The installation crew dealt with every curveball thrown at them with both skill and humor. We did part of the house this time — not one bit of worry about having them do the rest of the house. Oh, and the windows are gorgeous!

The installers were complete professionals. When they finished you couldnt tell they had been here, except I new what the old widows looked like. They took time to teach me about the new windows. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Needed a replacement of a 50 year old patio door of an unusually wide size. Got a quality product and a very professional install team. Also replaced some upstairs side slide windows that were wore out. Energy efficiency is great improved and I no longer have a cold den space in the winter. I highly recommend the product and service.

Windows are not cheap but with something this good it comes with a price and I do not regret the investment. The curb side appearance is very nice and with the RBA windows we had installed the view from the inside has increase so much it makes living in the country that much better. I can not brag enough about all the folks involved in the selling, support and installation of the windows they are all top notch.

This was a singularly delightful experience. The installers gave more service than expected. Besides cleaning up, they rehung my blinds and my wind chimes (I’m 75). I enjoyed my time with them. I may have to adopt them! And the windows and sliding door are beautiful. Opening and closing with ease. Massive locks. Andersen abided my all my HOA rules.I couldn’t be happier!

Very happy with our decision to go with Renewal by Andersen for our window replacement. We feel that the quality of materials and length of the warranty were well worth the extra investment. Simply put, I will be in a nursing home before these windows need to be replaced! LOL.Also cant say enough about the installation crew. They were on time and kept us informed about their progress. We were expecting a lot of debris for us to clean up after the installation, but there was absolutely none. They cleaned as they worked and finished the job without a trace of debris.

From missed appointments on their behalf, to incorrect windows being installed, to leaving the job unfinished while the new windows are being manufactured, to the Memphis manager being very lackadaisical and inconsiderate of my time, I do not recommend this company.
