Im writing a new review for this company, I had a rough start but thanks to three wonderful employees there, I got all the services and parts needed. The technician who came to my house was professional, polite and very knowledgeable. He took the time to give us tips to maintain the equipment and he replaced the parts in no time. Thank you Mathew. I have to thank also the lady who set up the appointment, she was nice and asked the right questions, and finally a big thank you to Lester who always got back to me and kept in touch to make sure my lift was properly worked. Thank you to all three of you.

The very worst customer service I ever encountered for such an essential business. After receiving my chair, no one ever returned my phone calls. I had to consult a different mobility company to get answers and guidance. I only gave 2 stars because at least the chair is a good one.

I filled out a form with these people about a month or two ago turned it and a prescription for my dad a wheel chair, and I haven’t heard another word from them!

Horrible,. Tried for almost a year to get power chair. They came up with every excuse known to man one form after another. Just when I thought I had provided all paperwork they needed they said no as my doctor would not lie on the date of interview form and since he would not cooperate they cannot help me. They did not want to help me to begin with. I called my pharmacy and told them not to refer anyone else to them and theysaid they would report them. Please whom ever reads this find another provider!! I will now start over with another provider and just for the record one of there own people advised me I should get another provider!! Can you believe that. Do not use these people 😥
