I pay my bill and these creatures havent picked up any recyclables or yard waste on our street for several weeks. They have no shame. They wont answer the phone and send out bills for work they havent done. Corrupt THIEVES!!!! They wont post a review if you dont give them at least one star. They dont deserve a star; they deserve something very different.

My trash havent been pick up since 2 weeks not answering the phone calls

In the last 4+ weeks, our garbage has only been picked up twice. Ticket requests do nothing. Bill is not pro-rated. Most of the garbage cans on our street (ours included) have been destroyed due to the careless handling of them -- which I have witnessed multiple times. Garbage is overflowing in our area (Area E).

They never pick up anything in a timely manner and the employee that handles the calls has the most unpleasant attitude. I wish I could give them zero stars.

Not good at all. They make a street-filled mess, damage your property, and won’t pay damages. Slick SouperVisor NoNo. Why consolidate garbage for this special crew to throw around. And fix the oil leaks on the trucks please. They make horrible street spots!

I’ve been unable to get a hold of anyone at this department and their voicemail box is full along with their transfer system is absolute garbage. (Pun intended). They need to hire better people who actually work and assist in making this city better.

Our recycling bin has not been picked up in over a month. we pay monthly for this service yet the city of Memphis does not care to do their part

Bags of leaves reported for pickup on November 11 STILL on curb. Four scheduled pick up days missed. Other streets in the neighborhood have had bulk pick up but not mine. Every house has piles of bags and debris. If they dont pick up my leaves on my next scheduled date, Jan. 14, Im going to load up my bags and dump them at Memphis City Hall. I pay for this service, you corrupt and negligent city council run MLGW. Dont make me spread the word.

Extremely frustrating. Yard waste is left for weeks with no expectations of when it will be picked up. Calling for assistance you can expect to be disconnected or sit on hold for 8-10 minutes before speaking to anyone. Not that it helps. Putting in a ticket seems to be lip service only. Makes no difference.
