Not the same company anymore. Sold out to a bigger company. Came quick to do estimate of various cutting/pruning of large trees. Was not cheap. Acting like they come as fall started since that was “best time” to do work. But never showed or calked with update. When called them again they are now saying mid/late December so 5-6 months after estimate. It’s gonna be that long and they should be honest upfront. We would’ve use someone else immediately. I’ll be good with waste many weeks of our time. They just try to book your schedule lotta jobs and then do them when they want to. Being honest with people upfront is much better. Will not use again

Dependable, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and kind. I didnt feel like I needed to know more just to double check. I could depend on Mike Mabry to tell me the truth and not hoodwink me. There was a lot of big tree damage during the ice/snow storm . Mike came out quickly, carefully went over the what and the why to clean up and provided me with a proposal by email, quickly. ( the trees and yard look normal ). Thank you and if you need treatments for your old growth trees . Jones IS THE PLACE FOR YOUR TREES MEDICAL NEEDS.

I would give this company a 10 star rating if I could. They do every job with excellence and have lots of knowledge and experience to get it done safely. I recently used them to remove a very large oak tree that was damaged in a storm. Jeff and his crew were the best and cared about my property and was very careful to not do any damage. They had to use a large crane and every time they removed a limb they made sure not even the end of the limb touched my house. They took their time in doing the job right. I have used this company for 20 yrs and they exceed my expectations every time. They operate like a well oiled machine during the process and really care about their customers. When they are done they clean up the work site so well you don’t even know they were there. From the estimate from Mike to Michelle in the office to the crew on site excellent. Thank you Jeff, David, Michelle, Mike and all the crew!

My family and I have used Jones Bros. for years and have been pleased with their services. I was using another company for services that I was not aware Jones Bros. provided for short time, and the Nightmares went away once Jones Bros. took over those services too. I recently had a tree cut down, along with major trimming of branches on 5 other trees. Jones bros. did a superb job. Cutting everything exactly as expected and the cleanup is amazing. I had asked if they could leave me a stump about 18 that I could use for a statute. They did a great job and it was so level I didnt have to do anything else. They work quickly and carefully, getting everything done and then give you a chance to review and ask any questions or address any issues. Very friendly group of folks from the office to the field.

Jones Bros. Tree & Landscape removed a very large tree and trimmed several others on my property. The work was excellent in every way. They replaced the old with a new one and artfully arranged the tiles around it that had been moved previously. The trimming was perfect -- not severe and with enough branches to allow privacy.The workers were all polite and respectful of my property. This company definitely deserves a 4 star rating

Excellent customer service and very experienced staff separate Jones Brothers from the many others who try to do this work. We are treated like they have known us personally for many years. They follow through with what they say and did not leave us to wonder about anything they did.

We have used Jones Brothers several times over the years and have been very happy with their work. The workers are friendly, competent, punctual and efficient. They move anything that needs to be out of the way so nothing will be damaged and leave our yard clear of debris when they leave.

A Jones Brothers certified arborist came to give a cost estimate and pointed out many limbs that were cracked, broken and places where surgery was required. A crew came to my house and removed a heavily damaged oak tree and left little evidence that the tree ever existed. Several pecan trees and a tall oak were damaged and needed to have many broken and storm damaged limbs removed. Everything that had broken, fallen or cut was removed. All of the debris was removed, the yard raked and clean. An overall excellent job.

Bill Jurgens is a consummate professional and will tell you what you need, not necessarily what will make $$$ for Jones Bros. His entire crew is a pleasure to work with and strive to get the job done quickly with as little impact as possible.

When they give you an estimate an English speaking Caucasian man comes to discuss the proble and the solutions. However when its time to do the work, they send only Spanish speaking tree cutters with whom you cannot communicate with if something goes wrong. And it did. One of the workers dropped a tree limb that split my neighbors red maple tree in half. The new want them to compensate her with a new tree. The company tried to say the tree would come back and only offered her 30 or 40 bucks for a 125 dollar tree. Bad experience.

They are a excellent employer and i love working for them to provide customers with top knowledge and excellent service!!
