Pretty disappointed..especially in the installation. Take it or Leave kind of Attitude Very Expensive for what we got and while probably matching the exact specifications, certainly Below Expectations...Be Advised...Proceed with caution with this group.

Paul and his team were incredibly helpful with providing our front door awning. Easy and quick communication and he met each of the time frames set out at the beginning. I thought I would have needed to be more involved with specific details, but Paul truly took care of it all.I initially reached out to 2 companies in town and Delta was about 10% less expensive; Im glad I went with them for our awning.

Updated review: Requested a quote for a residential awning that seemed unreasonable. Company didnt follow up initially, but responded promptly to my review. Hoping to better understand our options for an awning for our house. Reached out to this company the first time due to BBB A+ rating and good reviews. Hopeful that we experience the same customer service that others have described.
