I have been using amber with tax shield for 3years now and I absolutely love her. This year she started my taxes but she wasnt there when I came bk to turn in my in my w2s. Another lady accepted them and gave me a walmart card. Now that my taxes are ready I cant access the founds cuz the routing and account number they provided to the irs doesnt match my card..literally they had my social for the account number and the routing number doesnt exist.

This is not a good place to file your taxes. I used them for the first time this year, and i am very disappointed. I still have yet to receive the second half of the loan that was supposedly a two part process. NOT!! These are lies! You will only get about $100- 300 at the most upfront. Truth is you have to wait until the IRS approves your refund. Before the company offers you more. I paid a lot more than I ever have to have my taxes done here. I needed the cash for my stepmother funeral, and you guys lied right to my face. I generally file online for free. But, instead of borrowing money. I said Id take the advance. I wasnt expecting a lot but, you should have been honest upfront, instead of bluffing about the second advance. $600 was and is a lot to file taxes, for anyone. I recommend filing online free it is simple, and easy. Do not be fooled by the hype.

The worst ever...no need to explain just know dont waste your time. Customer service is key and when you have 3 people working on one customers account it can become an issue for the customer. ESPECIALLY when the company is not properly communicating amongst each other as to what else is needed before submitting information to be processed. Im not going to procrastinate on my experience with Tax Shield, whether if theyre a legit company or not!! I filed for my taxes at this facility on Raines Rd at this shopping center in February. I dealt with Chaz and Micheal at this location when I filed for my taxes. Now, its June and the IRS has released my taxes to their bank and I cant even get to anyone regarding my refund because when I arrived at that location on Raines at that shopping center they had a paper in the window that said, To call this number to their main office on Austin Peay, due to them having no air conditioning at that facility. Im very, very, very disappointed for them not communicating with me, and every time I call its some lady answering the phone stating, she will get in touch with Chaz or Micheal. They always say, looks can be more deceiving and they as a company didnt release my check to me after the IRS sent the refund to their bank. Im taking this matter to the Better Business Bureau and about to call the IRS to start an investigation on this company and to file a lawsuit. I will take my taxes to Jackson Hewitt where they could take better care of my taxes and can communicate with you as well, regarding my taxes. Tax Shield you as a so-called tax preparer get 100 THUMBS DOWN. This company has a D- on the Better Business Bureau website due to a lack of communication and getting people money to them.

First time I filed here. Nobody s never at the office nobody s never answer the phone. Submitted my taxes without all my W2s..I filed over a month ago still nothing n I cant contact no one

The worst experience we had. They will take youre money. Something is wrong when youre bank wont cash the checks they give you. Then they want you to cash the check only in the office. No direct deposit. I will be reporting them to the BBB. Also the location I am talking about is on getwell

Terrible terrible service I was going to file with them but once I realized that they are using bad business practices I decided not to file with them and when I came into the office to get my W-2 and paystub returned and was told unless I return the advance I received they will not give me my documents back I am also reporting them to the BBB.
