Corey Reed is his name. He never even filed the state return 🙄.I filed over the phone and via jot form around February 13, 2021. I received my return which is short $3,000! I am on phone with IRS now! I referred a friend and his is short also by the thousands.Corey won’t answer the phone or messages. I can’t believe he took advantage of his own people like this.I never signed tax papers or seen my return. He is definitely scandalous!!!!

So I decided to use this tax service because they appeared to be pretty promising. It was super easy to get in contact with him while filing my taxes. Now that my taxes are supposedly filed. I can not get in contact with Corey!!!!! I DONT know how much Im really getting back. When I was able to reach him he would make up excuses and not give me the amount of my return. Now he want respond to my phone calls or messages. I havent signed ANYTHING!!!! I dont even know if Im getting my taxes this year. I suggest to NOT use this tax service at all!!

Very responsive when getting all your info to do your taxes. However after that good like getting in contact with him at all. Scammer. Call irs & report him!! Deleted comments of how his “business” really is. Tells people to leave him false good reviews. Ignores calls. Reads messages & ignored as well

Corey reed is who did my taxes and he is definitely a scammer. I was short almost 3000 on my taxes and he refuses to answer the phone or return messages will definitely be reporting him to the better business bureau and contacting the irs tomorrow!!

Ive never used this company before and never will again. If I dont hear anything by tomorow, I will seek legal counsel. I contacted this Reeds Tax Service on JANUARY 23rd. I gave required documents via text since they are not in my state. I received an advance of 500.00 but looked up from viewing my bank transactions that the 500.00 came from some bank and that it was a personal loan. Corey, I guess thats his name is rude and acts as though he cant tell me any info about my taxes. A month later, I have received no tax documents to view or sign and what was quoted by Corey has been entered into irs2go website MULTIPLE times and each time, website says info entered incorrectly. Corey claims that I need to give it time and that he has been doing taxes for 8 years but I cant tell. They delete negative comments about their services on FB and are not accredited by BBB. There is even a negative comment on BBB. EVERYONE I KNOW HAS A REFUND STATUS, except me, but everytime I reach out to Corey via text, he says to give it time. Why from what he quoted is irs website saying my info is not entered correctly from refund he quoted me? Why is the man so unprofessional and rude? Why has it been a month and I have yet to receive proof or papers SHOWING that my taxes were done and sent to the irs? I keep hearing and reading negative comments and reviews about this tax serivice, but I know ONE thing. I work in the law enforcement sector and if I dont get information by Monday, February 22, 2021,which Coreyclaims is the day that irs2go should be updating(even though many people have accessed the website and have been able to for WEEKS NOW), I WILL BE CONTACTING POLICE, CONTACTING MY ATTORNEY AND WILL SUE AND PRESS CHARGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF LAW. I ALSO WILL CONTACT THE IRS AND REPORT COREY REED AND HIS BUSINESS FOR TAX FRAUD, BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, as well. Tax fraud, if Im not mistaken is punishable up to 250,000.00, 5 years in prison, a felony charge....loss of business. All of that. You dont play with peoples time, money, personal information and none of that and then cant even produce receipts. They have the RIGHT ONE.

THIS IS AN AWFUL COMPANY! They refuse to give me a copy of my return! They refuse to answer any questions about my taxes that I have to have the info for in order to verify my identity. This guy was so rude and mean to me. I am a single mom of an 8 month old and he’s screwing me out of my return for no reason. He’s blocked me from every single phone and business page. I am so lost on what to do next. Please just save yourself the time and DO NOT USE THIS GUY!!

Unprofessional and very rude when trying to check on why the state didn’t receive my return the year I filed with them and he had the ugliest attitude that I have ever dealt with in my life! I hung up the phone before saying some ugly words to him
