They told me I was get like 1800 back now I get a letter from I.R.S 1and a half months later they tell me that there was a mistake made on my taxes and I only get 600 back and that I still have to pay their fees when they didnt hold up there end quite bullsh!t just saying

They never answer neither one of their phones. They always give you a time to come but never show up or be on time. Im just trying to fax something off so that my man can get his money.

This store because its not a place of business is HORRIBLE and I will never go back again! Lets start with the owner Coach! What type of business name is that? We need to know your professional name not your HOOD name sir.He does not know how to talk to customers,he is not the brightest crayon 🖍 in the box,totally has no respect for his wife(I do understand that you are there for the money 💰),he does not want you to check WMR status,he does not give you your paperwork until after you get your check,if you receive any letter in the mail from IRS please do your own investigation because they wont help to see what is going on,he is or try to be a bully,and last please check all of your addresses and EIN # when filing because they do not recheck what is put into the system and that can delay your taxes for months!!! This experience makes me not want to support any black business. I tried! To all that are reading this please do your own taxes and dont go to any shade tree tax compamies especially the ones that are in the HOOD!! Dont let them fool you with the Christmas loan BS try to go another route. This store is only out 2 hurt you. GOD BLESS the owner and his family, but KARMA is real!!!!✌
