My husband and I were recommended to Mr. Herron and oh my God🤗🤗🤗 When I say Mr. Herron was God sent to us, because the mess we were in due to a supposed- to-be tax preparer that took advantage of us, ONLY God could get us out!!! Mr. Herron IS very professional with over 23 yrs experience. He know the ins and outs of the IRS. My husband and I were in DEEP debt and didnt know even know that we could be helped. Long story short, we left Mr. Herrons office in TEARS OF JOY!!!!! Hes VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND RESPECTFUL, so if youre looking for somebody to lie for you, hes NOT THE MAN. Be honest up front regardless of what you are going through with your taxes and the IRS and Mr. Herron will let you know then and there about you need to do😊Hes stuck with my husband and I for life🤣🤣🤣🤣

My apologies for not leaving a review before now. However, I was gathering previous tax preparers information, and couldnt remember Mr. Herrons last name (forgive me) . So when I googled it, I noticed that the reviews were extremely low, compared to the service I recieved 2yrs ago. Long story short...I was referred to Mr. Herron by a law firm because the previous person gave me the run around and I was right at the deadline. Any how I explained my issue to Mr. Herron, and he was gracious enough to take me at the last minute. And also allowed me to pay my preparation fee on my following pay check. All because I wasnt getting a return and I normally always get them done for free else where. I pick up quick on people that rude and unfriendly... definitely wasnt what I encountered.

DONT USE THIS BUSINESS! Such a rude inexperienced guy. Kenny Herron talked down to you and won’t respond to emails or calls timely. When I asked him to check his email, he said he don’t check email everyday that he has a life and he leaves when he need a break. I said this is your business how does anyone know you’re off or on vacation with zero communication. Well apparently he doesn’t check email weekly either because I had to email him every two weeks afterwards to tell him to read my last emails then he would respond. His office is a mess full of personal documents all over his desk. He is not a professional and knows nothing about the updated tax laws or payment options. He cost me more money and refused to give me a refund. DONT USE HIS BUSINESS! He will be take your money have you completing lengthy tasks just to waste your time. Trust me you will save more going to someone else or doing it yourself.
