Put in a pickup request on Monday 3-22-21, as of that Wednesday it had not been picked up. When I called I was put on hold for 37 minutes...then was proceeded to be told it would be picked up the following day (Thursday) and that it had not been picked up Monday due to insufficient drivers in the area. Thursday came and went and no pickup. I called Friday and was told it would pickup that Friday... Here it is Tuesday the 30th 8 days after the pickup request and my shipment still has not picked up. I am at a loss for words on just how poor this service is.

DRIVER HAS NO VALUE FOR HUMAN LIFE!!!!Friday Aug 31st 2018 approx. 1:45 pm Memphis TN. Driver of truck # 18892 Carrying VITRAN trailer # 530567 with Ok. Tag # 2771KK. Almost took the hood of my truck off Forcing himself over on me in a construction zone causing me to serve slam my brakes and almost plant myself it a concrete barrier. HE NEEDS TO BE FIRED AND NO ONE FROM CENTRAL TRANSPORT WILL ANSWER THIER PHONE TO ADDRESS THE ISSUE. THEN HE FLIP ME OFF AND AS I GET BESIDE HIM FINALY OUT OF THE CONSTRUCTION ZONE IN THE RIGHT LANE HE SLIDES OVER AS CLOSE TO THE LINE AS HE CAN AND FORCES ME OVER INTO THE ER LANE JUST TO PUSH ME OVER WHILE FLIPPING ME OFF. FIRE HIM! HE DOES NOT HAVE VALUE FOR HUMAN LIFE. FIRE HIM!

The worst of all. I made a call to Customer Service, waiting time is always 50 minutes. But I was patiently waiting. I needed to set my appointment for my delivery shipment so I waited. Finally, they set up the appointment on Friday (1-4pm). I had to work but i didn’t want to miss the shipment so I took off. I waited the whole day and nothing showed up. I called them again, still waited 50 mins and got the response that said the truck is not able to be loaded and delivered to me today. It’s rescheduled for the next Monday. They didn’t even call to say that to me but I had to be the one who called them. Worst of worst. I still have a lot of shipment coming and this company will sure NOT be the one I choose. I’d rather move it myself.

Zero Stars. Horrible service. Been on hold for 30 mins with customer service. Pickup was scheduled a week ago and I just keep hearing excuses all the other times I called. Ridiculous and unacceptable on all levels! Do you let your drivers pick and choose if they want to pick up? That is 100% what I am concluding from the poor poor service.

I wish I could give zero stars..... They dont care about their workers, management( Barry) has a bad attitude, noone ever answers their phone either. They made my husband wait to get a 0.00 check bc he decided to get his own truck.

This is an awful company. They are bad at everything they do, seemingly on purpose. They dont list their local terminal number so you cant actually talk to the person responsible for dispatching for freight pickup. You will only get a constant runaround. Save yourself the trouble and deal with a company that knows what it is doing as Central Transport will only disappoint.
