Finally had to replace our old 07 Pete with almost 2 million miles. We happened upon this shop and found the perfect, slightly used 5700 Western Star. Bill and Shawn worked with us to make it happen! I was surprised that his was such an enjoyable experience. They treated us like royalty. Friendly, honest and professional. Id highly recommend then if youre in the market for another truck.

Rolled in w/malfunctioning reefer on a trailer loaded w/yogurt. They had me back on the road in under 3 hours. Kudos to Regina and the whole team. Fast, easy and friendly.

THIS PLACE IS HIGHWAY ROBBERY!! WE HAD WORK DONE ONOUR TRUCK ONLY FOR THEM TO LIE LIKE THEY HAD TO BOOST THE TRUCK OFF AND CHARGED AN EXTRA $100. WE SHOULD HAVE JUST DRIVEN DOWN THE HIGWAY AND THROW OUT $200 WORTH OF ONES!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO COME HERE. WE WERE WARNED BEFORE WE CAME BUT DID NOT TAKE THE ADVICE.

Nice truck center, selling trucks and fuel. We park our truck here for 165$ a month.

Picked up used truck and salesman went very much out of his way to accommodate me. However both fuel and def were both bone dry upon pickup both were on dead empty below the reserve even.

I deal with this facility through my work and I always have an excellent experience. Work gets completed on time and as promised. My only wish is that they would expand on trailer repairs, this would be our go to for everything in Memphis. The people in the shop are always very pleasant to work with.

Everyone is nice and helpful. My only problem was 5 hours to find out they do not have part to fix and trailer was loaded.

Had to get a reefer fuel tank guage replaced on a loaded ice cream trailer. Was in n out in about 2 hours. Excellent service & didnt lose the load.

These guys are pros. Always helpful and always courteous. If youre looking for a specific part for your truck or trailer and they dont have it in stock theyll order it for you. If youre in need of a hydraulic line, Airline, radiator hose whatever then you definitely need Billy at Crows for that. Not only do they sell parts but they also have a shop or your mechanical issues and a storage lot. I definitely recommend Crows.

The company I drive for just purchased twelve new Vangard trailers from Crows, I had the opportunity to pickup and deliver these trailers, the sales staff and service department are great people to work with. Very professional. Nice clean facility and show floor. Drivers lounge and restrooms were always clean.

Crows is a good place to stop if you need service. The lot is secured and they have a drop lot in back with a fuel Island. Its located right at the Tn Ms line off hwy 78.

I have a emergency load on. Going to the flood victims in Nebraska. Call to get a windshield. On my Western Star. Paid for it and everything over the phone. Safelite showed up to get the glass. They did not have the windshield in. They had no respect, to call me back and tell me that they didnt have the glass in. 0 stars for this place.

These people are usually Quick to fix loaded carrier reefers. They are pricey though which is why I shop at Tag Truck Center

Love the new building but the drop yard needs some work

Awful service, kept the truck way to long, said they could not get the brake part needed, I picked the part up that day and brought it to them, charged me 20 hours for a 2 hour job, when i complained the service manager stated he was not going to take the hit discounted 20% and stated he would only warranty for 30 days. 4 months later the truck brakes failed. I used them 20 years ago and they were great, however will never recommend now.
