Americo, Chris and Zack were a pleasure to work with! Extremely thorough and professional. We had a full pack and they finished what was a two day move in one day which was much much appreciated. They handled the furniture with care and wrapped everything. They were fully transparent with our charges. Would hire them again. Fantastic service.

Let me first start by saying the men who moved us where courteous, professional, and timely. I can’t say anything negative about their disposition as they were easy to work with and followed our instructions.Unfortunately though, many of our major furniture pieces were damaged. I expect blemishes and surface level scratches but not damaged to the point it is unusable. Just as an example, 2 of our TVs were damaged and one is completely broken (pic below). The TVs were wrapped well also. I think the most disappointing part has been the response from the administrative staff. Our move was on a Sunday and we called the next day, and the day after and the day after after being told a manager would email us a claims form so they could take care of it. Nothing. When we kept calling we were placed on hold indefinitely and just were given the run around after being told on the first call these would be the next steps.Look I am not trying to get an entire TV replaced but I would like the matter acknowledged and addressed. It is for this reason I cannot recommend them.

Tony, Darius and Fred were a great help in moving us into our new home. They were quick and careful with getting us all moved in. Gotta give 4 stars not because of the crew, but because the cost of moving was a bit more than I expected from the over-the-phone quote. There were definitely a few hidden fees. We chose this company cause it seemed reputable but less expensive than other companies - or so I thought. Unfortunately there are various expenses that were not communicated over the phone while scheduling the move, even after I asked for detailed pricing. They should be more upfront during scheduling as to not cause so much shock.

Would definitely recommend this moving company! Barry, Bradley, and Tay did an excellent job moving a huge 400lb desk from downstairs to upstairs! They worked together as a team and effectively got the desk upstairs! They were respectful and helpful! It was a difficult task but they managed to do it without any damage! Awesome movers! Decided to move storage room contents on a Thursday so I started calling around. They were easy to get in touch with via phone, and the person that gave me a quote was very helpful and professional. The prices were actually the most affordable I was quoted as they only have a two hour minimum.On moving day, the crew called to let me know they were on the way. Our movers Jarryn and Jordan took great care of our belongings. They shrink wrapped and padded everything before loading it on the truck.I HIGHLY recommend All My Sons, this move was a small one but it was the least stressful moved Ive ever made!!

The 3 men sent out to move my stuff were not only personable but professional as well. They took care of my belongings and even understood the magnitude of my move. Pretty pricey. I found the quote over the phone very different from the price the day of the move. I would not trust over the phone quotes form here. Or account for about double the price quoted. Very pushy sales people on the phones trying to get you to put down a deposit and lock you in. I called and asked what they would quote for an out of town move and they were already $1,000 more pricey than both large and small movers all inclusive offerings without adding in any supplies, taxes, fuel surcharges etc. I would say their workers take longer than expected. They sent 3 guys for ours and it took from 11 am to almost 4pm for a small 2 BR apartment 1st floor door leading right to the driveway. Not sure if this is standard but they implied it would take about half the time it did at half the cost. I would ask for something in writing and get them to send an email backing up what the sales team says. Stay away if you’re looking for a budget move most definitely. They did the job with no damage and maybe this timing and vague pricing was just an oddity. I am unsure. But I would recommend a more clear picture with documents for the customer fwiw.

I had wonderful experience with All Sons! I called and scheduled our move and it was a easy process! Our home ended up not closing on schedule so I called All Sons last minute and was able to change my move date without a problem. They worked with me in every way. I was called the day prior and given a detailed list of expenses to make sure there wasn’t any hidden fees. The day of the move they arrived on time and handled everything with care. All my furniture was wrapped and placed carefully in the moving truck. I highly recommend them. One of the movers Jordan was so nice and went above to make sure all my questions were answered and we were satisfied. I will definitely use them for any future moves and will request Jordan to be one of the movers! Thanks again 😊

Jordan and Deterryon moved my mom into an assisted living facility. They were on time to load up and very efficient in packing and loading everything. At the unload, again they were very efficient. They were also extremely courteous in every aspect of the move. Highly recommend them.

Brandon, Jordon & Derrius were absolutely wonderful!! They were courteous, respectful and very accommodating. They were very careful with my items and took care of them like it was their own things. I also got a third man to help for free. Someone called from the office during the middle of my move to make sure I was satisfied with everything. They even carried my mattress inside the plastic so it wouldn’t get dirty. The price was lower than the other moving companies. I HIGHLY recommend All My Sons hands down!

All My Sons is an amazing moving company. They were timely and took such great care of my belongings. Daniel Clay was the leader for my move and his bright disposition and jovial nature made me feel at ease on a very stressful moving day. Dwayne has to be the strongest man I have ever seen, and made some exceptional loads off into my new home. Alvin was also with me for the first part of my move and took great care in wrapping everything. I am so thankful to this team of guys, they were absolutely amazing and I cannot recommend them enough!

Absurdly dishonest and oddly emotional!I received a quote and, within 28 minutes, I received a second quote, and then I received my third quote with 23 minutes of that!The first quote was expensive: 2 hour minimum, 2-man crew: $149 per hour and an additional $149 for travel to and from my home with 8% fuel surcharge on the last $149. But, I did not get an email detailing this quote.Then, I called back. The quote was now: 2 hour minimum, 3-man crew: $179 per hour and an additional $179 for travel to and from me with 8% fuel surcharge on the last $179. But, I did not get an email detailing this quote.I finally got the true quote emailed which was: 2 hour minimum, 3-man crew: $179 per hour and an additional $179 for travel to and from me with 12% fuel surcharge on the last $179. In addition, I was to be charged $122.50 for packing materials.So, I called to ask about this new charge. I was told this fee was standard and so I asked why is the charged not discussed during the initial portion of a quoting interview. The person I spoke with said that a call center person, who answers, does not know to include that charge.So, I asked why is the call center person empowered with the ability to take a deposit if they arent empowered with the necessary information to give a factual quote.The person, I was speaking to, then decided he wanted to cancel my moving appointment. He told me I sounded upset and they did not want to do a moving with an upset person. I assured him that I was not upset but concerned and then I convinced him to call me back in the morning so that I could determine if the new quoted amount was not outside my budget.I received that call today and before I could agree to the new charge, the person I spoke to told me that they did not have availability to keep my moving date. I CANT STAND A BOLD FACE LIAR!I cant speak to this companys performance. But, I can speak to its integrity and professionalism. The company lacks both.If you use them, you should be aware that they charge you extra to use their moving pads, tape, or other customary moving utilities and they may not let you know up front.As for me, I must wait until my deposit is refunded before I can seek out another moving company. The bunch of them at this company are scum for placing a customer in this position simply for asking questions about a bait and switch quoting process.

They did a great job! Office staff responsive when I first called in. Honest and clear about whats included and what they will do. Crew for the move were great too. Wrapped things up tight and got things moved very effectively!

Although Tony did a good job, it took 6.25 hours to move a 2 bedroom apartment on 3rd floor to a storage unit. The other guys were nice but I feel as though they were moving a lot slower. I used this same moving company 3 years ago when I moved from a 3 bedroom apartment on the first floor to the 2 bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor and it only took them about 3 hours. So while I feel that this move wasn’t the greatest, I have had a better experience with this company. I will say this though, Tim, who I’m guessing is a manager, was slightly rude and unprofessional.

Here is some of the damage this company does. They also do not answer the phone.I just used All My Sons this weekend. I do NOT recommend them. They tried to cancel after they were supposed to be there. (Paid a deposit in advance to lock them in.)I chose them because they have mask protocols. No one showed up wearing a mask and one was put out for me insisting. Their policy is on their website, and I confirmed when I booked.My son’s bed is ruined. I have to order a new one. A 50” TV is ruined.Mattresses were not wrapped despite reassurances they would be. They were setting them down in the grass and dirt 🤦🏻‍♀️I paid for a three man crew. One guy sat in his car off and on and didn’t even help the last few hours.They wanted me to sign that everything was complete before they unloaded at the new house saying nothing was damaged. I refused, because nothing had been unloaded 🤷🏻‍♀️

I don’t usually leave reviews and hate to be the negative one but I would never work with this company again. They were supposed to show up at 2pm moving day and no show. We called a couple hours later and they said they must’ve gotten the scheduling wrong and the crew was on lunch but they will arrive shortly. A couple more hours go by still no show and no courtesy call so we call again and no answer, no voicemail either. So we finally get a hold of corporate number and they said they didn’t have deposit confirmed which is not true because it had already come out of our bank account weeks prior. Then they said to stick around in case movers show up (by now it’s 6 hours past time they were supposed to be there). Just as we were about to decide to call it a night of waiting around they call around 8:30 pm saying they are 30 minutes away. Only positive thing I have to say is the crew of movers were nice. But horrible communication with the company, even the operations manager was impossible to get in touch with until he could miraculously answer the phone around 11 pm to talk to crew. No courtesy calls or even offer of discounted rates since they showed up so late. Misleading fees and lack of transparency as well. Wish I had something nicer to say.

This is my first time using movers, so naturally I was nervous. The guys assured me that they would take care of me, and that’s what they did! It was a local move and I also asked that we stop by a storage unit. Which they assured me was no problem. Most companies wouldn’t do that (visit a storage unit) without an additional charge. They were professional and quick! They made a two day job into a few hours! I was blessed to have Dalton and Ron help me. Both were so polite and really wanted to make sure they did everything to help me. They moved my freezer up a flight of stairs! I don’t know what I would’ve done without them helping me!! I’m frugal but this was the best decision I ever made. Getting movers was worth EVERY SINGLE PENNY. 10/10.

First, I want to commend the 4 men on our moving team: Americo, Dewayne, Trey, and Blake. They were very helpful and professional on both ends. They worked very well as a team and went above and beyond to help me get everything out of the old house and set up in the new.Next, I would like to address why I am giving a 4 star rating rather than 5. When Casey did the walk through assessment we discussed the 8 hour drive and whether a bed could at least be unloaded the same night (Thursday) so that we, especially my mother, would have a place to sleep. When the movers came I found out that they wouldnt even be leaving until early Friday morning and planned on unloading that afternoon or evening. Friday afternoon I called the office and found our that they left about 7:30 and wouldnt be here until the evening, making it Saturday before unloading. I was to learn that there had been a meeting Friday morning that caused the delay.Fortunately the team reached KC with enough time to get some unloading done so my mother, at least, didnt have to sleep on the floor a second time. They finished up Saturday. As I stated previously, the team was excellent.I have been in supervisory positions more than a few times, and I cannot imagine keeping a team from fulfilling the customers work because of a meeting, which certainly could be filled in upon their return. In this day and age of technology its also possible to attend meetings through your phone while driving.I also found out that the reason they didnt leave Thursday after loading and stopping halfway for the night, which would have put them in KC by noon Friday, was because one of the trucks needed some work. This should have been communicated to me so that we could have adjusted plans rather than waiting and wondering what was happening. I put this lack of concern for our needs directly on management.

Movers were very professional. No move is perfect. Unexpected happens. These gentlemen went along with it and worked non stop in 90+ Memphis humid heat. Trey and his crew definitely made moving into a new home so much easier. Absolutely Friendly, team worked well together, very professional. Robert and Cody were friendly, consistent, and made the process go very smoothly overall. Only downside to All My Son’s is that the fees originally communicated were not AT ALL what I ended up paying. I was told of an hourly rate, distance / time fee (which I interpreted as gas?), and a fee for the packaging items that would be used. Needless to say, the grand total was several hundred dollars over the estimated. I moved 10 minutes driving distance from the previous location, so next time will probably just go with a U-Haul. But at least Robert and Cody made the experience enjoyable. Movers were great!! Prices, not so much.

Would not recommend, very dissatisfied with the services and price! Received an unprofessional call from the VP of Operations Tim before the move attempting to collect a payment for a remaining balance that was not mine and then the VP stated had the wrong account! Shortly after I received another call with All My Sons stating movers were in route to my home with an ETA set for 9:45am but the appointment was for the afternoon!Also booked packing services which included the movers to disassemble furniture and assemble at new address but the movers forgot the tools! Paid an additional price for packing materials. However the movers DID NOT wrap fragile and important items such at the TV, computer monitor, mattress or box spring! The total amount charged just for two appliances, a bedroom set, table and boxes was $980!!! DO NOT book services with All My Sons!

We moved into our house June 8th. Cody, Tario and Frederick were friendly, fast and efficient. They did break a desk which wasnt a big deal. Cody showed me what to do to file a claim. I contacted the claims department and my wife sent in pictures and the forms for a claim. They told us up to 2 weeks and its been close to 7 weeks no reply to the initial claim or my follow up emails. I would have rated them higher had they responded to the claim but I spent close to 1,000 on the move and Ive had to replace a desk. I know people who have used other companies with broken items and they were taken care of in a timely manner.

Horrible moving service. From the hidden fees to the damaged property. I paid $189. (1hour) for trave time, 10% of my total cost for gas, $85 for tape and shrink wrap (they took the remaining shrink wrap and tape when they left). I called and emailed the manager about my experience. I sent pictures of my child twin bed that they took apart and during reassembly they bent screws and broke the headboard and left me having to buy a new frame. I never received a retirn call or email about my damages. Once my sectional was brought into my new house they placed the pieces on the floor fabric side down. After putting the sectional back together my recliner has a permanent lean to it. (Not sure how they screwed that up). The movers broke down my queen sleigh bed slat by slat instead of junhooking the rails and that took a hour for one of the guys (there goes one guy out of rotation). I lifted my mattress today and the slats began falling apart. The movers didnt take the time to screw the slats back in. I guess they didnt anticipate me moving my mattress anytime soon. I wouldnt hire this company again to move my trash. $983, 3hours of useless service, 2 broken beds and dirty furniture is what I got for hiring All My Sons.

All My Sons helped move me out of my house and out of state within only a couple of days of scheduling. They’re cheap, efficient, and quick to pick up and deliver. All members are friendly, and Dalton is very quick with dismantling and reassembly of furniture.

I got charged at 1000 for a two hour move in town and when I ask what were the extra charged he said wrapping material what’s crazy my house Furniture etc was already broken down and wrapped they just overcharge you for no reason even the workers told me that’s how they do everyone !
