Made the call Monday and told them due to my schedule I would need someone on the weekend. They told me anywhere between 8AM-10AM. Showed up at 8am on the dot. Very professional and answered all my questions. Gave me even more information for future services that we will be using. They were absolutely great and I couldn’t have been more happy to use them again as we had a good experience with this company about 6 years ago. If you any problems bug wise call these guys. They’re phenomenal at what they do! They really seem to care and they do everything they can to help any situation. Worth the money!

A lady came out put she didnt do a good job at all because what she put down for the rochies made them get worse. and we are not pleased with Orkins first service. and this lady didnt have hardly nothing in her tuck to take care of my problems. and she said that she was just helping out.. she only do tremites. I want to know why they would send someone out that dont deal with rochies and cocrochies and rotants rats and mice. and on top of that she didnt have none of the strong right equipment posion to kill all these rochies. Yes we are very disapointed. and it looks very bad on Orkins part espeacialy when you are new custermers

Weve used Orkin for over 25 years, with flawless service . Their people seem to be very knowledgeable, professional and thorough. The always have an opening within a week or so, and have always arrived on.time . They are the gold standard in pest control, for a reason. They do it right.

Greg was super friendly and really put me at ease about the treatments they would use around the exterior of the house. Very happy with the work and professionalism shown.

After getting quotes from multiple companies, I decided Orkin was the friendliest, most responsive, and most recommended company. I called back and the same person (Virginia - loved her!) remembered me and got me set up for an appointment very quickly. The technician Edward came out, answered my questions, did the initial cleaning of cobwebs/wasp nests, and sprayed for general pests and mosquitos. They missed adding a discount I was promised, but a call to the office by Edward remedied that quickly with no fuss. The ants and mosquitos outside were greatly reduced within an hour or two, which was the main goal of treatment.

Overall my termite reinspection went well. I appreciate Orkin explaining some other value added services they could offer me such as insulation barriers for my attic to lower energy costs. Gutter guards for my gutters to keep leaves out. I am not interested in these enhancements at this time due to higher more urgent priorities.

First, my initial call to request a quote was simple, quick, and the sales rep explained the details of the process in such detail and answered all of my questions about the safety of my pets and everything.Then the technician, Chris, came out to our home within hours for the first service treatment. After discovering a nasty colony of yellow jackets in my yard, I decided to call orkin because I have family members who have used them in the past and bragged about their services. My specific orkin guy, I didn’t catch his name, was very professional. He took care of the issue(not an easy fix). He even said that he would do a follow up in a couple of days to check for further activity in the area and would treat again if necessary. Overall, very impressed and will be using orkin for further pest control needs.

I have to complain the service! They didn’t show up on time. I have scheduled at 4-6 pm, and I was there at 4, the technician didn’t show up. I called the office, the lady told me since my appointment time is 4-6 pm, the technician may stop by anytime between that. I said okay. But until 6, the technician didn’t show up. I called the office again, but the office has closed, no one answered. Then until 6:40 pm, I received the message said the technician is on his way, but I have back to my home. I asked my renter helped with this. My renter said technician did awesome. But both my renter I waited two hours there. I hope they can manage the schedule better to avoid this problem again!

Vennemann answered all my questions and told me how the process worked and told me what to expect over the next few weeks.Update: 8/24 - All the waterbugs are gone! I have not seen one (dead or alive) since he sprayed!

The tech was super friendly! He abided by all social distancing precedents and wore a mask. He was patient with my 3 month old puppy jumping on him before I crated her! He also was very consciousnesses about spraying in places the puppy would be and made sure to indicate she should not be around the chemicals until dry - which my previous tech who sprayed 3x the past 3 months told me that “he uses the chemicals all the time” around his home with his dog and that there was no issue with my pup being around the areas he sprayed (I still didn’t let her just to be safe - thank GOD!). Very excited I have this new tech!

The gentleman who came to do our initial service, Randy, was extremely courteous and professional. He gave us a lot of feedback on how to prevent outside bugs from coming in, and was very friendly as well. It’s nerve wracking to have strangers come in your house given the pandemic, but he wore a mask the whole time and stayed 6 feet away from us at all times which made me feel a lot more comfortable. He was particularly patient with my pets, including my big dog that insisted on barking endlessly the whole time he was here. This was our first service with Orkin, and while it’s more expensive than our previous provider, the service also seemed a lot more thorough and I was pleased to see how carefully he treated our kitchen in particular.

For first time visit, I thought this company is awesome. From the beginning with customer service til the tech left I felt like I was in very good hands. The tech was very professional and knows I have a mess on my hands here. He told me he would be back in a week to a week and a half to check on things. I hope this continues. Tech never showed back up til it was time to come back. Over a month. New Tech Courtney started today 2/12/21. He was very nice and very thorough. I hope I get him back. He even cleaned off the outside windows that were loaded with webs and wasp nest. Cleaned and took down webs and foreign matter in the garage as not to have potential future problems. I am very happy with Courtneys ambition, work ethic and going the extra mile as they say.

Called for roaches. The service was quick and the technician made arrangements for a return visit to make sure everything was OK.

I had a really bad wasp problem. They came out and sprayed in the rain! I havent seen anymore wasp, except 1 here or there.

Need to get a service record from five years ago and use that monthly. Have dogs and need to avoid products toxic to animals.

Amazing experience got the job done

It is very easy to schedule service, and I love that the same guy comes to service our home. He is always within his appointment time, professional, and personable. The treatments seem to be working. If a problem resurfaces, he promptly returns to treat again.

Called orkin because of the great reviews and dont get me wrong the lady I spoke with was very friendly and set up everything quickly. The day the guy came to my house i let him know what was going on spiders and knats. He comes in with a spray thats foam and only did the board of the doors and walls and did not do every room. He did outside and was gone. He informed me that i should give at least a week for it to be completely gone well it was worse bugs that ive never even seen before was in my house including roaches. I call the guy that came out and he said he will get it under control the next visit. That day came and I get a text yes a text saying that he had a bad day and want able to make it. First of all sending a text is not professional at all. Secondly its been over a month and i have yet to hear from him and he has only left a note on my door. I will be calling someone tomorrow I either want what I paid for dome correctly or my money back. I will not recommend this place at all.

Once the inspection happened, my inspector (Joe Catrambone) did a good job doing the annual review of my home and garage. My lower rating is not so much concerning the actual visual inspection but the time it took for the inspection to happen. The service few was paid in full a few months ago (as required) but the scheduling was impacted by the COVID concerns (acceptable given everything). During my monthly pest control visit my service tech (Gerardo Mendoza) was extremely helpful in getting the termite inspection scheduled. The inspection was supposed to happen yesterday morning but that had gotten pushed to after 2pm. To Joes credit he did call and explain that he was backed up and asked for seeing me at 2pm. Sadly, he did not show up until 5:45pm. When he arrived he did explain that they were short staffed and he was very polite, cordial, and professional. Again, no problem with how Joe did his work for me. My issue is that Orkin (a company Ive happily used for over 8 years) seems to have a scheduling issue given its manning. Last year, I also had to call to get my annual termite inspection done months after payment had been paid in full and with multiple discussions with different service techs. Given the amount of money paid to Orkin for my monthly services and paying in full each year for termite inspections (over $300), a customer should NOT have to remind any vendor that work needs to be scheduled and performed for services paid for. Again, the staff has always been friendly and done a good job once here, but management needs better oversight especially with scheduling services.

I recently changed Pest Control providers. I have been very happy with Orkin. They are much more thorough than my previous provider. The person that serviced my home the last two times explained to me in depth the things I could do to help keep my home pest free.They arrive on time and are very professional. All Of the technicians do very thorough treatments, check the sticky traps they put down and always inform me that if I see anything to call for a repeat treatment.

Our tech was funny and comedic but when it came to business he was very knowledgeable and taught us some things we just want to thank him for his time and patience also the service he provided Thanks!!!

The Orkin man was extremely knowledgeable and friendly he went above and beyond to spray all the places n nooks n cracks I was concerned about ..I recently moved from Wisconsin to Tennessee n hadn’t realized that the major climate change meant bugs and rodents are a year round problem rather than a once every 9 months concern because its winter most of the time in Wisconsin..Bugs are bigger and more aggressive and I didn’t want any creepy crawlers in or around in my new place but he sprayed all the areas outside even to keep them away .. We moved into a rental that had a bug problem, so I called Orkin. They were super quick to schedule an assessment & treatment, and they have a texting service that reminds you of your appointment & lets you know when theyre on the way. The solution they spray is safer than most, if you have pets or kids. And a big plus... our Orkin Man is friendly, without being creepy. LOL

Greg comes monthly to spray the yard for mosquitos. He is THE BEST!! He always calls to make sure the dogs are in, he sprays very thoroughly and is such a friendly guy! And the spray keeps the mosquitos at bay.

Mary Ann was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when I placed a call for service, and made sure I got an appointment the very next day. Josh showed up on time and made sure to address our pest needs quickly and efficiently, and also provided some helpful recommendations as well. Hate that we had to call Orkin in the first place but very happy with the service and care that was provided!

I would like to say that the prompt response to receive service was AMAZING....However, I did have a concern because I was quoted one price as $132 and my card was billed $171.I did call customer service after I got the bank notification and was told there wasnt any notes for a discount. I am praying this gets resolved... The services is for my elderly mom and she was pleased with the services today also.

Weve used another pest control service in the past & our rates constantly were being increased as their level of service declined. So when we relocated & it was time to find a Pest Control provider, I decided to give Orkin a try... I am so happy I did. Weve been customers for over two years and havent seen a price increase and our service has never once been less than 100%. Our technician, Alex, is so pleasant & always asks about what sort of issues were having and never seems to rush or cut corners. Orkin always find an appointment date/ time that works best for us.My only regret about changing to Orkin, is that I didnt do it sooner. Keep up the great work!
