Fredrick was so helpful and responsive when we were battling ants and squirrels in the roof at our house. He was incredibly nice and explained the work he was doing during his scheduled visits, and promptly responded when we need a follow up visit to clear out a few traps. The pest control worker was Frederick Sims. He came to our apartment complex to fight a serious rodent issue. Our complex is Summer East. Frederick made a point to be sure the issue was completed and in a very profesional manner. He made many trips to my apartment to be very sure I did not have any more critters after the one was caught. He is pleasant and always courteous. I would love his company to know how awesome a worker he is.

Fred was very diligent and effective in eliminating rodent problem. Would highly recommend this service. He was very thorough in finding and sealing all potential entrance points.

I called Mid-South Pest and Termite one morning in total distraught over flies and maggots that found their way in our home and no matter what we did, we couldn’t get rid of them. Someone came out that same day! It’s stuff like that, that will keep me as a loyal customer and tell others about their services. I highly recommend them. The lady I spoke with that morning listened to my cry and assured me they would help us with the issue.Thank y’all!

I bought a stove from a thrift store and the lady said they had cleaned it up but they did not when I get home there were roaches inside the stove. Play multiplied quickly but when I called Mid-South pest and termite they came out and after the first spray the roaches were pretty much gone. Great product and reasonable price I do recommend.

The work was great but when wanting a Termite Letter to sell our house, they tried to double bill us and lied about having to do another inspection only a month later than annual inspection. They claim the State makes them and have for yeard, but no one from State or realtors have ever heard of that rule.

One of the best pest control companies in the midsouth area. They have super friendly and thorough technicians, prices you cant compete with, and the kindest office staff. Definitely give them a call for all of your pest and termite needs!!!
