Supposed to install microwave. Showed up unannounced on MLK day at 7:30am and didn’t even have the tools. Came back a week later without notifying us of a time and wrongly said new microwave was too big (it wasn’t). Had to call them 4 more times to get new time. Didn’t show up because they changed the delivery time without notifying us. Did the exact same thing two days later. Truly, the most incompetent organization that I have ever dealt with. It’s crazy.

Ordered a grill through Home Depot. It was set to be delivered March the 17th. On March 18th i had not recieved it yet and there was nothing updated on the tracking information. Called XPO and asked where my grill is and was told that they do not have it. Even though the tracking info showed it to be dropped off there on March 4th and it was never scanned in. After calling Home Depot we were unable to locate where my package is. I called XPO again and requested they go look for my grill in the warehouse. They came back 20 mins later saying they found my grill and will get it delivered. Then they put it directly behind my truck. Luckily i saw it, otherwise i would have backed into it.

Got a delivery from Sams Club of a Beauty Rest Mattress, through this company. The delivery men were in a rented truck, and even though I paid for “white glove” delivery. They came in, dropped it off in my living room and when I asked if they would set it up like the rep said, they told me that that was just some customers service guy and that they had “other deliveries to make”. I have 3 back injuries and my wife is disabled, so I was counting on the “white glove” delivery which included set up and haul off.. I had to complain to Sams Club and they gave me 20% off to make me whole since I would have to get my son to travel 2 hours to my house to help me. Do not use these people, they are liars and thugs. Sams Club asked me if they could send the delivery guys back and I said no, I’m too old to fight with big delivery guys who I complained about.

Have a delivery from Overstock and I have yet to receive. Ive waited over 2 weeks and cant get the merchandise I paid for, and the original vendor is holding my money hostage until these trifling prople figure out of they are going to find my item and deliver it or not. Wiuld have done better to get it myself. Overstock claims this is a constsnt ongoing issue with this carrier yet they still use them. Be warned dont order anything that goes through this company.

This company doesnt even deserve one star!!!!! They are impossible to get a hold of, didnt deliver my mattress as scheduled and then lied about attempting to deliver it!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst customer service. Failed to deliver my shipment from costco, twice. Their customer service phone number is non-existent. Poorest service.

The management sucks the supervisor to worried about how her weave look like to take away from that nasty mole on her face and one of the leaders always has a Attitude texting and talking on the phone. Yet we are not allowed to have phones.so passive and don’t practice what they preach.
