The Peabody Post Office location provides fast, friendly and great service.

The Peabody Post Office location feels like the center the DT community. Sort of like a USPS version of Cheers. The service is excellent. The conversation is excellent. The office is located on the Main Street Trolley. It is popular for tourists, office workers, seniors, and Downtown residents. I regularly use and would highly recommend.

Closed. Is now a Bank of America location. For some reason the app won’t let me ‘suggest an edit.’ So this is the best I can do.

We have had such above and beyond service from the great folks working at this facility. Parking can be a challenge, but is worth the trouble with the great service they provide.

They are not closed. This location is open. Bank of America is next door to this post office, so that must be where the other reviewers confusion came from. The entrance to this is in an alley-type walkway in between buildings. I walked in and was immediately helped. The staff seemed much more personable than other locations around town, and I got what I needed and left. I definitely recommend this branch!

Worst place ever! The lady at the front desk was so unprofessional and rude with me when I was trying to get a P.O box. She helped me with absolutely nothing and was trying to get me out of her way because according to her it was almost time to close. It was 4:30 p.m!I can’t believe the level of unprofessionalism in that location. I couldn’t get my P.O boxNever coming back there!

When do get the chance to come here during operating hours the staff is always friendly and helpful.

They got my passport appointment done in 10 minutes or less! There is super convenient parking just southeast of the building. Staff was extremely polite and helpful!!

Staff is very rude, never willing to help.

The woman who works there (Sandra) was not polite and wasnt helpful at all. Very rude and she seemed like she didnt want to be there.

Knowledgeable and professional staff.When I made a mistake with a money order, they were able to rectify the situation quickly with an ardent disposition.

The post office posts that this locations lobby opens at 6:00, yet the employees never get around to opening until 8:30. This is why the post office is going bankrupt and having to be funded by taxpayers.
