Great Company! we need help - they are always there!

A salesperson named Zach continued to spam our company with emails after asking them to remove us from their email list. They even argued with us after being asked to stop emailing us.

You couldnt ask for a better company they stay on top of everytingHave great people to work with

This has been the worst experience from booking the load to picking up.. Dispatcher Grant Mckown who is apparently in training with John Dwyer quoted me a price to haul a LTL and than John sent a pay confirmation with a Lower Rate, after calling Grant to speak with him on what we agreed on the than retracted ever word he said which missed our complete day up because we had turned down another load based on what Grant stated so my driver went on and agreed thinking the day wouldn’t be a TOTAL LOST! After arriving to the pickup shot we waited 2hrs and 45 mins before we were loaded because between TQL and the Pickup company it was some miscommunication and they couldn’t find the packaging. Call Grant to inform him of what has happened and he stated I will call you bac, it took about another 35 mins and by than they had finally loaded him but the fact we had to wait due to there fault than ever company we’ve worked with has given a retention pay! Not TQL! Grant stated we offer this after a 3hr wait, now they have already lied and have been so inconsiderate and to add insult to injury I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone based on the Salesman that I worked with! He lied about everything we discussed and only was looking out for himself. I can see why several of my counter parts gave this company a bad review and warned me! We lost time and money and was a TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT. Please please be careful with there Salesman ESPECIALLY JOHN AND GRANT, apparently they teach them to lie to get the load and then retract after paperwork

Never take loads from these clueless people!!!! They think this is a joke. No respect for the drivers. Ive been driving for years and this was the worse experience ever!
