I have a Costco return Order that includes two box springs, so a large amount of space is being taken up in my home since APRIL 16TH!!!!! I have made numerous phone calls to Costco with one hour wait times. On the last call, about a week ago, I finally got someone who was willing to go all the way through the investigative process with me. The people at In house Logistics gd my return as “picked up!” Well never have they attempted to contact me to pick up this item and so last week I followed up directly with them and the woman said they would pick up the box springs on Friday and I would get a call on Thursday night with my window for pickup. No phone call, so this morning I called them: THEY ARE CLOSED FOR THE FOURTH OF JULY!!!! This woman took my location and indicated they would be in the area on Friday and the. WHAT??? CLOSED??? This is insane.

Worst job I ever had Jeff don’t give a dam about his working he show favoritism he will blame you for others mistakes he don’t have no tools in the warehouse so the job can get done right stay away from this job you will be stressed out the worst job I had thank God I quit

Worst customer service EVER. I was given a 4 hour window but was told I was the first stop between 8-12am. I worked it out with my job to come in late as Peyton (the manager apparently) told me it would most likely be about 830. I called at 825 to make sure someone was on their way and he said they were leaving then. An hour later the driver calls to say they are 30 minutes later. Its a 45 minute drive going into the country so lets be real... Traffic is not likely. I called to talk to a manager and Peyton continued to just give excuse after excuse instead of simply apologizing and trying to figure out a way to fix it. I will be contacting overstock later to ensure they know how horrible this looks for them

Good work environment....the people are friendly....
