FedEx Customer Service:FedEx is terrible. Beware! In the past I’ve paid extra for them to deliver at a certain time & they never do. I’ve had issues getting a refund for that. They deliver packages to the wrong address all the time & couldn’t care less. They delivered my package to the wrong address a few days ago. Today I waited all day for a package & they said they “attempted to make a delivery” but I’ve been here. I checked my house security & ring doorbell & no one has come by. Obviously they went to the wrong house again! Customer service said they can’t come to my house “again” since the already “tried to deliver” BUT TO THE WRONG HOUSE! Customer service said they guarantee me they’ll deliver it to the right house on the next attempt. Yeah right. If that was the case, what haven’t they fixed this issue over the years! Save yourself the hassle. Choose any other shipper than FedEx.
Wish everybody could get access to this, but its restricted. Using a flight simulator I took off flying an Airbus A300 from the new Hong Kong airport. Yes I was able land it. Great experience.
I was absolutely BLOWN AWAY by the whole entire facility..the building itself was beautiful..and quite glamorous! Im trying to figure out what EXACTLY do I have to do in order to get a job working there !!!!

Pésimo servicio tanto atención a clientes como área de escalaciones llevo mas de un mes con un envio mismo que no se ha concretado ni regresado al remitente y cada que hablo nadie sabe nada y se echan la bolita unos a otros, pésima experiencia y sigo sin recibir el paquete, peor aun no tienen un correo para gestionar una queja
