They created a lush grassy space, surrounded by an easy to maintain border. The yard is a perfect mix of color & greenery.

Do not use this company!!! Jason came out to our house for an initial visit on spring clean up of beds and tree pruning and said he would send a quote afterwards. Never received a quote and called and followed up TWICE and no response! If you cant take the business, let clients know so they can move on. Very unprofessional way of doing business! We ended up using another company and they knocked out all of our yard needs in one week. If youve reached out to them and havent heard back, just move on because were still waiting...

Was VERY impressed with the responsiveness of the team @ Picture Perfect Landscapes. My lawn, flower beds have never looked so good! Gabe and Jason were professional, up-front and answered all of my questions prior to execution. Gabe met with me and walked through everything to make sure that we were lined up on what I wanted. I called and spoke to Jaime on 2 separate occasions to see when they would come out and spray my lawn. She assured me that she would get back to me with a date of when they would start. Not I a call, not a text, not a email in 10 days. I called today and she said their truck was down, which I totally understand, but if you promise a new client you will call them back you should call them back! To me it just shows a lack of responsibility and professionalism.

Cant get on their schedule...cant get them to return phone calls...cant get them to respond to emails. I guess they have enough work, and are not looking for anything additional.

They returned my call and I made an appointment but no one ever came out. No call, no show.Update: they claim they checked their schedules and all appointments were met. Not so. Its possible that maybe someone isnt documenting correctly. I certainly am not delusional.

When our 100+ year old oak tree fell last Summer, Jason and his crew were quick to get our yard cleaned up and new sod laid. We were very pleased with his work and had him come back to install our paving stone walkway. PP does all of our lawn maintenance and we have always been pleased with his employees and their prompt attention.

Picture Perfect Landscapes is wonderful! They came out the very same day that we agreed on our proposal, so very fast service. Roosevelt is awesome! He was very informative. We have only had one treatment to our yard, and I swear we can already see a difference.

I highly recommend these guys. Currently I have them spraying on a regular basis and occasionally call them out to cut trees back away from the house. I wish I could post pictures so you could see how far my yard has come in the year and a half that Ive owned it. They offer a level of service that in my opinion goes above and beyond.

We thought the team at PPL was great, but they just completely forgot about us after we started service with them; they havent even returned my last call. It was really disappointing to my wife and I as we were ready to start some significant projects. Were so late in the year that well have to wait another year to find another landscaper and get started now.

The work performed by Picture Perfect Landscapes was above what was expected. The attention to detail was more than I could have asked for. I had a portion of my yard sodded with Zoysia. The result is excellent.

I could not recommend Picture Perfect Landscapes any higher!! They did an outstanding job. I just moved into a new home and I was extremely unhappy with the way the builder graded my lot in the back. I needed to get things fixed as soon as possible to put up a fence and playlet. Despite it being summer and in the middle of a very busy time for them, Jason took the time to come out, look at my yard, talk with me about my wishes, get an estimate to me timely and then work with my builders time frame on re-doing the grade. They also were able to work in the time to tunnel my gutters. Everyone there from the office to the workers were polite, timely, professional and did a great job! I will definitely use them again!

Dealing with these people is like dealing with children! They wont give you a straight answer on anything! Im planning a massive upgrade and I just dont need to be nitpicked and have to dig for the slightest detail! They wouldnt even give me the price of removing a small tree stump! So, I just hung up!

Scheduled an appointment on 3/28/16 at 1:30 for Jason to look and quote our backyard. Jason was running late and someone from his office did call to let me know. When he came out I showed him the backyard and discussed what I would like to have done. Jason said it would be non problem to do what we would like and he would take some measurements and get me a price together. Jason mentioned that they treated weeds and would send me over a quote and I said that would be great. Jason send the quote to service the weeds immediately and did tell me it would be a couple of days for the landscaping quote. On April 5 2016, I sent Jason a follow up email from the weed quote asking about the landscaping quote and did not receive a response. I believe it is poor business to take time out of someones day and meet with them and not provide them with the quote. This shows you do not respect my time nor yours and must not follow through with other task. I am extremely disappointed that companies are not willing to do work.

I have used Jason on multiple occasions and he has always gone above and beyond my expectations. He shows exceptional professionalism from start to finish. He comes out as scheduled, walks my property, listens to my wants/needs, makes very good recommendations and gets me on the schedule for my work to be done. His crews come out when expected and do great work! He has made my yard look amazing and I am always getting compliments from people. My husband and I have used Picture Perfect Landscapes for our home for almost a whole year now and absolutely love them! Our yard is gorgeous; we receive compliments on it from friends and family on a regular basis. They helped us get rid of army worms last fall (after some grass loss) and since then the grass has begun to grow back bright and green. The rest of our yard is lovely!The staff, especially Ashley in the office, is super responsive, friendly, and efficient. Theyre flexible and didnt give us a hard time about pausing our service for a couple months in the winter, then let us keep our rate from last year when we started back! We really love their online payment system too (so that we dont have to be present to pay each time they come). We highly recommend them to anyone wanting a stunning yard.

At first we were quite pleased with Picture Perfect - we worked with Gabriel. However, as the sod that was laid has grown, we noticed that Bermuda grass was intermixed with the Zoysia that wed requested. Their customer service has been quite poor and very unresponsive to our attempts to contact them regarding this issue. We finally got a quote to fix this problem that they made, and they quoted the price of tearing out the sod placed and paying for the new sod. Still awaiting a response from them to clarify why we should have to pay for their errors...now the Bermuda is starting to take over the Zoysia. Very disappointed.

After researching and meeting with about 7 different companies over the last 2 years for an extensive drainage problem, we were blessed to hear of Picture Perfect Landscapes. The owner, Jason Brooks came out and explained exactly what we needed to have done in order to take care of our problem. We were scheduled for our work to begin July 25th. They were there that Monday, began the work and completed within 3 days. We were very happy with the installation and professional results. Jason and his team are top notch! We will definitely be calling them back for our future landscaping projects!

Unfortunately, they were a no-show two days in a row.The business replied and stated that the man that was supposed to come to give me a quote phone died lol. Unfortunately,he gave you the wrong information. The first time they did call in ample enough time which is why I was okay with rescheduling. But the next day he was supposed to come at 5 pm to give me a quote, he calls at 530pm to let me know that he had to go get his tires changed and they took longer than he thought and he would not be able to come. I was upset bc if he really was getting his car fixed, he could have just called at 5 to let me know he wasnt going to be able to come. The fact that he gave me one story and them another is questionable. Instead of the owner or whoever replied getting an attitude, the best way to have handled business is to call the customer and see what happened.

PPL to the rescue! I had my front lawn sodded last summer ( by another company) and was looking forward to beautiful green grass this spring. Unfortunately, the company I used for sodding last year had done an inadequate job, and my lawn was weedy, to put it mildly. Jason diagnosed the problem and had my treatments started within 48h. That was a week ago, and the improvement is already apparent! The cost of the series of treatments I need to complete the pre-emergent, post-emergent and fertilizing process is actually less than it would cost to buy the chemicals retail (which are not strong enough to do the job anyway), so Im truly glad I turned to Picture Perfect Landscapes to help.
