Advertised no need to call for weed control. But I had to and it took them a week to get out and take care of weeds in my yard. I paid for a year in advance. Also had an army worms problem called and left a message that I need immediate help. No one I repeat no one returned my call. Ended up treating the problem myself. Very disappointed in customer service.

This company does a great job. I have used other lawn services in the past and this is the best due to the attention to detail. I have been so impressed that I have used them for all of the fertilization and pest control for all of my shrubbery. Everything they are taking care of looks green and healthy. I am very impressed so far. The came by quickly to give me a quote and then followed up with me. That was a big plus in my book because I would stick the quote in my purse and forget to call. The man on the phone was very helpful. I can see the results in my yard already. Putting an envelope in with the invoice was a nice touch. It was one less thing I had to do.

We have used Herbi-Systems for several years and have always been very pleased. Cecil, our technician, always calls to set up a convenient time to treat the yard. Since I have furbabies, he calls again when he is on his way so I can be sure they are safely inside. I cant tell you how much I appreciate this added step of kindness and consideration. Besides all that, my yard looks so nice, we have actually had people stop and ask who services our lawn. The ladies in the office who sometimes call to verify my satisfaction are also very nice!

Kris finally came out and talked with me about the weed issue. He repeated the area I was concerned about, Kris was nice and I understood more after we talked. I will continue using their services.

The employees are always courteous and helpful when I speak with them. I have locked gates and they always call and say they’re coming on a certain day and they do. Very satisfied with this service.

Ive been a customer for a couple of years. My lawn has looked better since they took over.Recently, they came by to apply a scheduled treatment. When the tech saw that my leaves had not yet been removed, he left a note saying they would wait, and asked me to let them know when leaf removal was done. By the time it was done, I forgot to notify HerbiSystems. But within a few days, they noticed, and did their treatment. I was impressed that they were paying such close attention.

My technician, Adam, does a great job! Hes very personable and always takes the time to see if I have questions or concerns. Its very evident that he takes great pride in his work and it shows!!

The only thing theyve ever done wrong is spray one day while it was too windy. Ive lost a few trees and had some other damage. They do not replace what they kill and their own tree man said it was a spray issue. However, the yard looks great! Friendly service and staff.

I have been using them for a few years now, and I have no complaints. When they say, “we will call you,” they mean it. My grass is gorgeous, and it’s all because of them (I mean that literally—I don’t do anything except pay the bill 😊). Fair prices and good service.

Do NOT use this Company! After my initial Treatment, I called once a week for 3 weeks and asked them to respray my yard. I was on a Full Program, the person taking care of my yard was Kris. Each time I was told my yard did not need resprayed. Then my final call, 4th time, I was told it would be 5 weeks since they sprayed and next week they would fertilize. I asked them not to fertilize until they resprayed to kill my weeds. The next day the fertilized my yard. See the pictures after they fertilized! I seeded fescue this past spring and needed a company that knew how to take care of fescue as well as zoysia. I appreciate their professionalism and knowledge of lawn care. I learn something new every time they come to my house for service.

Back in March I called Herbi-Systems to spray my yard. He sprayed the yard and a few days later they called and asked if there were any problems with the weeds. I said I still had weeds in my yard. He came back and spot sprayed the weeds. I called in April and said I still had some weeds but they were slowly dying. I think he spot sprayed in May. I called around the middle of June and asked when my yard was going to be sprayed again? She said by the end of the month or the first part of July. I called today and asked for a refund since Id paid for the whole year in advance. Still have some weeds and I have not seen anybody out to spray my yard as of today. I hope to see my refund by Friday or Saturday. Ill call someone that will take care of my yard.Thanks for nothing Herbi- Systems.

Had several questions concerning my lawn, before my next service visit the technician and his manager called to let me know what date they would be out. They took the time to walk with me throughout my yard to answer any questions and concerns I had about my lawn. I greatly appreciated that they took out the time to answer all my questions and any concerns I had.

I used a couple of other spray services that cost more but couldn’t get rid of my weeds for close to 5 years then I tried HerbiSystems and in one year they got rid of the weeds and made my yard look great!! I wouldn’t use anyone else!!

Mixed results. They do come respray if I have issues or concerns at no charge. Weeds disappear and reappear even after almost 18 months of service. The grass is not kush and green as expected. Its green-ish. There customer service is great.

Services has been great, really better than the last company I paid to plant weeds in my yard. I say this because my yard is really coming along in a way that I can really appreciate. I can see a fantastic future for my backyard. The last company was charging out the youwho and all I saw was weeds spreading across my lawn. I had to physically pull them up by hand. The better my lawn looks the more stars you get. When the five stars run out, Ill make my own.

My technician, Josh, does an excellent job. If I have a problem area all I have to do is mention it and he takes care of it that day. Have had Herbi Systems I believe since the company started in the early 1980s. They have treated 2 different residences over the years. Had Gary Tenant for years and years and he did an excellent job and knew every inch of our yard. When he quit and moved to South America for Missionary work I was worried we would not have the level of service we got from Gary in having to start over with a new technician. Our yard/acreage is very complicated due to where we are located. Well Chad has proven to be fantastic. He always does a great job. Couldnt get a better tech than him. We are very pleased with Chad and hope we have him as our tech for years to come. Would not even think of using any other company. We recommend them to anyone who asks who we use.

We have never been more happy with a lawn service than we are currently. Davenport has been wonderful to work with and the results have been amazing. We purchased a new home but the house had sat for over a year before we purchased it. The grass was only cut and nothing more....and let me tell you, you could tell. We started with Davenport that next month and have been so incredibly pleased.

We absolutely love Herbi-Systems! They are the only company that has been able to get rid of all our weeds. They are courteous and always call after applications to make sure we are pleased with their work. I called about some weeds a month ago and they are still there. I called a second time about the weeds again. They came out a second time. I gave them a 4th star because after they fertilized the second time, they came back out to check up on the status. The guy was very personable. We discussed the other weeds I had problems with and the color of my grass. I will send an update later if anything changes. We use them because in our previous house, our grass was amazingly green and lush. We were hoping to repeat it. Updates to come later.

It is taking some time, just as the technician explained that it would, and it wasnt an overnight result but it continues to look better and better.
